Scheduled a tour for 11am. Confirmed and everything. Showed up at 10:55, no employee in sight. Office empty. Waited in the cold looking like an idiot for 20 minutes praying that an employee will pop up. Nothing. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this location.

Went to take a tour to possibly join but the staff never showed up. I waited, and called. Left a voicemail saying I was there and 24 hours later still no response. Very unprofessional. Thanks to this I will be joining Planet Fitness.

I say this place is nice to workout and focus. It’s smaller and they have nice machines. However a part of me feel unsafe because their is not a staff there at all times. Also looks like it could use some cleaners to get a places together. I only did a 7 day pass and the guy who helped me had great customer service. He was personable and did a great job connecting. Just wish he was there at night but I guess that’s what make it anytime fitness. As a women I not too sold on the safety at night but I do like the gym during the day.

Signed a 2 year contract back in 2021 and used to love going to this gym. But found out they were overcharging me. My friends got the exact same membership and somehow I was paying $20 more a month than them. Been paying way too much and will not be renewing my membership when my contract is up.

Used to really like this gym, feels very impersonal now with new owners. Messy, some broken equipment. I've called a few times over the weekend and left messages about alarms going off in the office and no one ever called back.I keep my membership because the location is too convenient for me to justify going anywhere else.

At one time a great space. But many basic things go neglected here now.There are more signs up about tailgating than there are refilled disinfectant stations.

Poor maintenance and management. This club has gone down the drain under new ownership. Simple amenities remain neglected. The “manager” is often locked in his office with a sign on the door saying he’s trying to “focus.” You can’t make this up.Avoid this club. Look elsewhere.

I've been going to the Anytime Fitness center on 60th and Forest Home for a few years now. The facilities fit my needs both physically and emotionally. I started out at just under 220lbs and now weigh in at a sustained 192lbs. Two motivations for this. One, I survived cancer and needed to change my ideas of fitness. Mike, the manager, is an amazing human being. His positivity and professionalism is reflected in all who work out there..

there's equipment broken down for weeks, and more just keeps breaking. it's extremely annoying especially since I use all the equipment that is not available now, they finally took down the broken glass so thank god for that, but this is ridiculous, I don't understand when the old management was here we never had these problems,

Greenfield location went from a five to a one. The more I go to this location the more I want to cancel my membership with Anytime fitness as a whole. This location was a fan favorite for a long time but lately has spiraled down. The upkeep has tanked. Staff isn't as considerate as the old staff. Mike, who use to manage the gym was the reason why so many people attend this particular location.

Was afraid this was going to happen with new management. Previous management was on top of the maintenance and cleaning of the gym. Now the gym looks horrible, its only been a couple of months!!! Please fix this or you will be losing a lot of members.

Updating my review, it is impossible to cancel memberships here. I have been trying for about 6 weeks and counting, ever since the lock on the door got busted. There is a corporate number you can call and they take your number to give it to what seems like a regional manager. They instruct you to call them back if he doesn't give you a call within a few days. I had spoken to him once before and scheduled time to come in to cancel (you have to sign something in-person). He assured me staff would be available for this. I showed up two different evenings during staffed hours, and no one was there. I ended up stopping the payments through my bank. I have tried to cancel responsibly, I've left several voicemails, but never got a call back. I can't find an email address for this locatoon anywhere, and now that my membership renewal isn't going through (thanks to my bank) I'm getting automated phone calls from the parent company requesting me to set up payment for renewal. I'm about to go through corporate yet another time to reach the regional manager. I will update my review if my cancellation becomes successful, but for now, this is the mess I'm dealing with.This place has gone completely down. I miss Mike! He kept this gym so clean and organized, he was so friendly and welcoming, and he put a lot into keeping this gym looking sharp. The place is always a mess now, weights and dirt everywhere, bathrooms are disgusting, and it's rare to find all the wipes stocked on a weekend. Not to mention, the new owner ditched the protein bar with snacks and workout-appropriate energy drinks and put in a vending machine with nothing but SODA and sugary drinks!!!! Are you kidding me??? Do you care at all about health and fitness??

ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO, I left a voice message asking when someone would be there to renew my membership. Was told that the pone call would be returned no later than 4 hours as well.Today, I called again and no one picked up. Also, it seems like no one is ever there maintaining the place. This means that the new management or someone is receiving the luxury of free handouts from current members.I live nearby and do I need to give the YMCA or Planet Fitness business instead?After reading the previous reviews, I am quite disturbed. In the past, this facility was always well maintained. There once was a decent manager in charged.Speaking of the YMCA, I am going to sign up at the YMCA at this point. They have been around much longer than Anytime Fitness has. For the longest time, the YMCA is known to have a better reputation towards customer service, as well as, maintaining facilities.Even if the manager returns, should I waste my money to pay for bad service? This is truly unheard of negligence on the behalf of Anytime Fitness Corporation.

This gym was taken over by a corporate owned company. They took alway all good amenities. There is no manager on site for weeks, tanning bed out if service for weeks, heater is not on one side super cold inside! This new ownership group needs to get it together this is horrible and sad!
