I’m very displeased with services… I have had several appointments scheduled to see my dr, and dental just to be rescheduled another two months out. Ms priss at the front made me repark my car to another parking lot causing dental to reschedule my appointment another two months out. So so disappointed in the professionals and staff that await this business. Thank god I will be finding new staff that will be helping through my journey vs neglecting me.. overall I give this place a zero star rating and a big f. U. Hope everyone discontinues with their treatment options here their our other resources.. bye bye die vent

(Original review written 2017)I've been a client here since they opened the doors. I have access to doctors, dental, behavioral health, social services of all types,(housing, lawyers, food pantry). This non-profit has kept my HIV under control, and have been helpful in every way imaginable. They have improved my life beyond measure. It's a judgement free place with everyone willing to help. I would highly recommend to anyone with HIV.*They also do testing, and have needle exchange, and naloxone.*Edit: (09/16/2022) This family of Health professionals, and every type of service that may be needed have been my primary providers since 1996~7. That's twenty-five years of service.I'd be lying if I said it was perfect. But, given the time frame, it's been exemplary. I always feel safe, and cared about. I always have.

I have had really positive experiences with Vivent Health. I really appreciate the free services they provide for STD and STI testing. You can receive a full panel for free. STD testing provides you with rapid results, and if needed, further testing takes only about a week in response time. They have a wide variety of harm reduction resources like narcan and test strips and they also provide sharps containers, needle exchanges etc. I was a bit disappointed they didn't have any SQ needles, those are what some trans folks used to inject and its always nice to be able to pick up med equipment for free instead of paying with or without insurance at a local Walgreens or CVS. Sometimes I wish that the staff was consistent in the energy they provide with consumers. Some of us are coming in for anxiety inducing exams, or there to pick up needed resources to keep us safe and the lax or distracted energy at times can engender that extra bit of ease that just isn't needed in these types of facilities. Overall, I really love this resource center and am so thankful to have found such a wonderful community resource. Getting here wasn't too bad on the bus either, it's not too far from the bus stop (about a 5 minute walk in either direction)

They are changing which not in a good way. best area in past Dental ,Pharmacy, Healthcare , Legal, Food Pantry The Worst housing programs , and mental health. However due staff changing the Dental and Legal are fall into Worst group. Basically leave best areas only Heathcare, Pharmacy, and food Pantry.Mainly cause how Vivent Health hire there current staff? Or just lack good Applicants to thier positions? They need to do a better job at recruiting and hiring ?Not sure but Noticeable every year.

The people that help with housing is not professional we energies about to cut my lights off because the housing person wasn't paying for the first 4 months me being in the apartment they send you every where else for help instead helping like the program is designed too being in the housing program will take up so much time you will not have time to do anything else on your case plan

Their legal assistance department used to be welcoming, helpful, and eager to go the extra mile for diffusing difficult situations. Now they seem dissmissive and practically useless, exclaiming "we don't do that, we don't do that, go somewhere else". Its like they DON'T want to be bothered!

I called about an appointment. Waiting 40 minutes to an automated message saying "estimated time is one minute..." This went on for 40 minutes. The man that picked up was rude and seemed not to care when I told him of the long wait.

I mostly get delivery. The services provided are done so professionally but limited to specific medical conditions. The pharmacy is just a part of a large organization that provides medical, Dental, behavioral, legal, housing, prevention, treatment as prevention, PREP and PEP (postexposure prophylaxis)
