When I say loud and rude the customer service rep totally disrespectful towards black customers didn’t acknowledge me kept placing all my items on the counter although I handed him my documents even placed my funds on the counter totally disrespectful clearly didn’t want to help me!

Internet said branch is open until 6pm on Monday, we went there at 5:30pm on Monday and it was closed. Called the number and it said it was closed, but the automated line said it was open. Very disappointing with the various times listed in multiple places. What a waist of time.
