This was the only bank in downtown Milwaukee that didn’t refuse to help me even though I’m not an Associated Bank customer, not a US citizen, and don’t even have an SSN. I’m just visiting the US, and the tellers here were very kind and helpful. I really appreciated their willingness to help!

When I say loud and rude the customer service rep totally disrespectful towards black customers didn’t acknowledge me kept placing all my items on the counter although I handed him my documents even placed my funds on the counter totally disrespectful clearly didn’t want to help me!
