My parents went to two different AT&T stores to try to figure out how to activate their phone. Nobody was able to help them. We finally went to this store on Ogden and they were able to help us immediately. Without their help, my parents would be unable to use the phones for several days. Thanks for all your help!

AT&T will tack on $100 service charges if their internet, through no fault of your own, goes down. Even if it's by their incompetence and nothing at all that you did to cause your internet to go down, they'll charge you $100 to fix it. The wind could blow the wrong way, the internet goes down, $100 you got to pay. A squirrel bites your cable, internet goes down, $100 you got to pay. Their technician's faulty installation?, internet goes down, $100 you got to pay. Etc.
And when you try to contact them about the unjust $100 charge, they transfer you from Customer Service to a technician and blame you for everything. My internet went down when I was sleeping, and they blamed me for their original incompetent installation and then charged me a $100 for their screw-up. I can understand a bill to fix something that I caused, but to get a bill for something that they caused is ridiculous. What a racket.

I currently have AT&T for my phone. After a glitch in the beginning my billing and service is ok. I wanted to add wifi. They told me I don't have a verified address. I told them, well, you mail me a bill every month so I'm pretty sure I have an address. They also put me on hold with every question I had. Either the person is in training or juggling many calls. They will not provide service. There are three units here and one of them already has AT&T. I will go with the competition as they gave me a better price. I was just giving AT&T a shot as I already have an account there. You can't make this up.

Recently I needed to switch phone carriers and chose AT&T. The staff at this location were honest, helpful, quick and friendly! They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.

Just a lil note to thank Mayana (& her Mgr.) for assisting me in the tedious process that is part of a stolen phone. She was professional & kind in assisting me with the insurance claim, tracking, & new activation. Thanks to her positivity, I was even able to keep it together after losing all my data & pix:)
