Outstanding experience at this AT&T store!
We had an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Facundo, who went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. He was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable as he helped us choose new cell phones and set up our home internet service. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, answer all our questions, and make sure we understood all the options available.
Facundo made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. We never felt rushed or pressured—only supported and guided. His positive attitude and dedication truly stood out.
We are very happy with our new phones and with the service we received. Everything is working perfectly, and we left the store feeling confident and satisfied with our choices.
We highly recommend this store and especially Facundo for anyone looking for excellent customer care. Truly a 5-star experience!

I upgraded on the Apple Watch and was having problems with it running out of power. Tried to go into the store for a remedy, and I was told that they just sell it. You have to go to the Apple Store. I wanted to start at the bottom and work towards the top, this gal was rude than another occasion I went in to get help with the watch again and I was told if I didn’t like it to go visit other stores. I’m thinking that you should be able to help the customer if you’re selling the product at least it start from somewhere or give advice for. I’ve had a conversation with that manager. That’s there now he thinks his store is OK with him not being there he’s wrong they need babysitting. They’re not fully trained and the ones that are are rude. I won’t go back there.

Johnny is the man! He helped sort out a bunch of issues with my first order and got us a super nice deal on 4 lines plus internet. He was very professional and handled business. I will definitely recommend att to the rest of my family and friends when they decide to make the switch. Thanks again brother 💪🏼

I had a great experience at the AT&T store on 27th Street. Even though the wait was a little long, Tony kept things moving smoothly and handled three customers ahead of me with patience and professionalism. Each one left looking very satisfied.
When it was my turn, Tony was just as helpful with me, friendly, straightforward, and awesome to work with. He helped me pay my internet bill in less than 5 minutes, quick, easy, and in and out with cash. Amazing experience! Hopefully I get Tony next time I come back because he truly made the whole visit stress free.

I visited the Store on 8-19-25 to exchange some Earbuds that I purchased at another AT&T Store! Upon entering their Store, I met Luis N. who was beyond knowledgeable about what I was looking for and even had the nerve to go pick up my exchange merchandise for me, because I was on the bus 🚌! Is that Customer Service or what? Noone has ever done that for me! So guess what I did (🤪), I purchased a IPad from him! Luis, you deserve 100 🎖🎖🎖! Thanks man! You have a Customer for Life!
