If there were a 10 star rating I would give it to Johnny Collazo who went above and beyond the call for good customer service. I tried to solve a big problem with AT&T the night before by phone to the main office to no good. He got it done in 35 minutes while I just sat back and waited for the answer. He got it right.

My fiancé had some issues with his phone losing service and not being able to reboot per Apple and att. After going to a few different att and apple stores and being on the phone with both companies countless times and not getting anywhere with a warranty being honored. In one last ditch effort before having to buy a brand new phone today, we stopped into this att store and spoke with Fernando who within 10 minutes of us being inside had everything figured out and a replacement phone on order and on its way. My fiance spent close to 11 hours chasing and calling around to be ran in a circle only for the issues to be solved in 10 minutes by Fernando. Major kudos to him and the the staff at this location. Definitely returning here in the future for any thing more .

When I came in the place was packed. And I thought I was going to have to wait. But, my salesperson Steven was EXCELLENT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE WAS PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. 10 STARS. If you go to this store, please ask for him.

Went into AT&T to get my parents a phone upgrade. Edwin helped us out. He made the experience easy. We were in there for 20 min. Overall great service.

i definitely recommend this location for your at&t services! i personally have continuous great customer service with rico! he has been on point at getting me set up with everything from my new iphone 15 pro max and making sure my phone plan is the right one for me and my family!

Steve was a big help today with the help of another associate, got to the bottom of my concerns and straightened everything out. Although the store manager was not there for another question of mine, he did give me his email to contact him when he got back I to town. Will be coming here from now on.

I bought a new i phone 3rd Ward , but found it was too small..I came to this location to help me upgrade and the waived the upgrade fee- they took good care of me moving everything over again to new phone. The staff was cheerful, professional and overall good experience and energy in the store. Would recommend for sure.

Alexandria was the best customer service i had in a long time. Went above and beyond to help us get our problem taken care of. She deserves a raise and a paid vacation. Keep employees like that. In general all the people that work there have the best customer service.

The original sales person took complete advantage of me Lied about the free ear buds if I sign up today. When I saw the bill I went back and the would not help me. He sold me insurance that I said I did not want. They gave me a credit that is only half of what I was over charged for. Terrible experience. I have cancer and am getting chemo and it was hard keeping up with the fast talking sales person. The worst part and it still bothers me is they knew I was billed for insurance $15.00 for months and still would not help me. When this phone is paid off I’m switching to another carrier.
