I visited the AT&T store to have my replacement phone activated and to transfer all my data from my old phone. I was helped by Victoria, who greeted me as soon as I walked in and was ready to assist right away. After I explained why I was there, Victoria let me know that I actually qualified for an upgrade and could get a new phone instead of going through with my replacement claim. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and went back and forth between keeping the replacement phone or purchasing the new iPhone 17
Pro Max.
Victoria was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. She helped me complete the purchase, but when I changed my mind and decided to stick with my original plan, she was just as kind and helpful in canceling the order. Even though the store started getting busy, she managed to help other customers while still checking in on me and making sure I was taken care of. I felt bad because I was there until closing, but she never made me feel rushed.
Victoria truly went above and beyond! AT&T is lucky to have her — she provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I'II definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade. Thank you again, Victoria!

Yesterday the AT&T sales manager Victoria G did an amazing job of navigating us through a very complicated transfer of six lines from another carrier over to AT&T. She took all the time needed, made all the calls necessary, and still answered every question we had to make us feel confident about our switch.

I’ve visited this store three times, and each time, I was subjected to a waiting period exceeding 30 minutes. This is an horrific team!

Luis didn’t explain promotions to me just said there’s a $1,000 credit. Didn’t say if I qualified for it or how much I’d be paying for my device per month. Plus he was rude and then started to be nice once I was taking out my money. Never again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I came to upgrade his phone to the new iPhone. The sales rep, Niko, told us that the only way we could upgrade to the new phone using the AT&T promotion was that we had to either buy/finance AirPods Pro or an Apple Watch and we had to buy the insurance and Next Up coverage. We told him we didn't want AirPods or an Apple Watch and just asked if we could just trade in my husband's phone to get a new one because that's what we wanted. He said no, there was no option to do that unless we got the AirPods or Apple Watch. We also said we didn't want Next Up or the insurance. He said we had to have those for 2 weeks and then we could cancel, but we were required to pay for them for one month. This all sounded suspicious but it was late in the day and there were no other employees so we said okay, we would buy the AirPods. As soon as we got home, I looked online and there was nothing about being required to buy AirPods or an Apple Watch. I also researched it and this is a scam that employees pull so they can get commission on the accessory. Same goes for the Next Up and insurance. I went to another AT&T store and returned the AirPods today and they confirmed we were never required to buy them. They also removed the insurance for me and said I would have to wait until after 14 days to remove the Next Up. This was super shady and Niko took advantage of this. Luckily we realized it and remedied it but I can imagine this has happened to other people as well. Unacceptable.

Traded in my old phone for a new one. Per AT&T I was eligible for a credit but this store insisted the only way to get the credit was by purchasing a $250 accessory. After contacting AT&T directly and another local store I was told this is in fact a scam and shouldn’t have taken place. The credit did not require a purchase to go into affect. I would stay away from this store at all costs.
