I’m honestly shocked by the great reviews about the manager Moises. It felt like pulling teeth to get good customer service from him. I ended up going to another store where the employee, Juan, was super helpful. Literal night and day contrast in how I was treated. Never going back to that store again.

Went to try and upgrade my phone, says they’re open til 5 on Sundays, went to the door and it was locked. Stood around for a minute while the workers at the table inside just looked over and never came to the door. Pretty rude, won’t try coming back.

Moses was very helpful and professional! We had gone to renew our plan and get new phones at another cellular company, and the employees were so focused on upselling me to the most expensive options that we left the store and the servicer. Moses provided great customer service and made me feel confident that I was getting a fair deal.

The store manager Moises Martinez went above and beyond. Greeted me immediately walking in and helped me right away. He was very professional definitely knows what he’s doing. I was very pleased with his service and recommend to others.

This is the second time he does this for me. I arrive around 6:15. I think he gets off around 7:00pm he acts like he’s taking care of me and on the end he say oh sorry I can’t do it

The customer experience at this location was top-notch. Sophia did everything in her power to answer any questions I had with full-detail, help me better understand the process, and to make me feel comfortable about my purchase. I would 1000% go back to this store as well as recommend it to others.

Sophia was wonderful! She was polite, understanding and extremely helpful. She helped fixed some major billing issues we've been having and thoroughly explained our plan as new customers. After many frustrations we've been facing the last couple months, she helped put my mind at ease. Thank you Sophia for all your help, you're the best!!

Sophia was so amazing. I had a frustrating couple of days not being able to get my two new iPhones working. Sophia was calm, cool and collected. She got them to work in minutes. She was pleasant and wonderful. Best Service! Thank you Sophia!

Employee was very helpful and thorough. She was working alone, so we did have to wait while she worked with the previous customer. Helped us get exactly what we wanted, ordered what wasn't in stock and answered all our questions.

Do not go there. Customer service was horrible and the staff displayed questionably racist behavior. I called ahead of time inquiring about my 17 year old daughter who wants her own line and plan separate from her dad and I. I was told only that my husband would just need to sign and she can use her account for autopay - that's all I was told - the guy was not pleasant on the phone in the first place. She and her father are both hispanic. I was not able to go along (I'm white). When they showed up they were immediately ignored by the two male staff members, and the store was empty. My husband tried to inquire about co-signing to help our daughter get her own line/plan, he was dismissed, pointed at directly in the face by staff, and they refused the ID he presented to co-sign. He was basically told to go somewhere else. Which makes no sense - do you want business or not??Good news! They went to T-Mobile and were instantly approved and signed for a contract with a wonderful rep that was ready to help, super friendly and welcoming right upon their arrival.If you want business and contracts, don't pick and choose who you help when they walk in... basic customer service/business protocol. I'm also in the customer service industry... think about it next time.

The store manager Moises was awesome and has great customer service skills. Went out of his way to help me and make me feel welcome. Highly recommend this store. A+++ -I did not write this review. He went into my google email and gave himself a review. Das weird shi? ur not supposed to go into our emails and give urself a review!!!
