Not happy with recent experience. Wanted to return top with defect, staff tried to offer other alternatives to the return. Felt they did not want to process the return and I was on edge already, so I accepted a different color, even though I would have preferred the return... and then I wasn't even given my original purchase price and had to pay more for a top I didn't really want in the first place.

I love Athleta and this store is great. Customer service is excellent!!! Employees are very friendly and helpful. They do offer styling. Well laid out store with plenty of clothing to choose from. If your in need of basics, athletic or athleisure clothing with a flare this is the place. Excellent clothing quality, will last plenty of washes. Highly recommend. I was so impressed with how nice the employees are.

I went into this store on a Sunday around 3:00 PM and let me just say, save yourself the headache and public shame, and just shop at Lululemon. If you even try to return a product, associates and managers will speak to you with major attitude and won’t bother to try and find resolutions for you. I went in trying to return or at-least exchange a $100+ pair of pants, and although their customer service line was very helpful, manager especially was not. Anything you purchase at lululemon is tracked regardless of lost receipts and tags, you’re paying for better quality and better quality service at Lululemon, cant speak the same for Athleta. Now I'm stuck with a pair of pants that still have the tag on them and never worn. Store credit or even a simple exchange wasn’t offered. Very, very disappointed.

This is my day one There is no better casual classy spot than Athleta. Work clothes, workout clothes, you can find it here. I mostly run outdoors, and couple it with a gym membership in the cold months. Weight lifting in winter, and yoga year round are also my main activities. I adore their yoga clothes, their running socks and gloves, tights, their city pants, amazing work combos, boots and shoes, and they have the ultimate casual combos for travel. Clothing that is super well made, lifelong, packable, wrinkle resistant, comfy for those long haul flights, and just so stylish. This is not fashion, this is style. My wardrobe is not going to be outdated next year, it's classic. That makes it sustainable. This is not fast fashion my lovelies, stop buying fast fashion. I'm in love, completely head over heels in love with Athleta. Although I rarely buy clothing anymore, when I do Athleta is pretty much the only clothing I buy.

Everytime I walk into this store I get tailed as if I am going to take something even though I have always bought things when visiting. The employees make it very apparent they are doing so and it is super uncomfortable, especially because I have no desire nor have I ever in my life shoplifted??? As soon as me and my family walked in, the store manager, visibly shaken? picks up the phone and calls for “backup” and then proceeds with three other employees to form a literal triangle around me. I have never written a review before in my life but I will never be visiting AGAIN. The level of unprofessionalism and blatant stereotyping is super gross. Not cute!

I know it's so convenient to buy online, but I love going to Athleta at Bayshore! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I worked with Peggy today. She was knowledgeable about the tights I was interested in and knew what to show me! So nice to go home with things I love!

I'm more pathetic than athletic, I've been told. Or that used to be the case. Now I'm ready to write a letter about how athletic I am. Not just any letter. An Athletter. The hype is all true and they have pretty spectacular workout clothes - extremely sexy and they look good - but the price is just insane and I don't know how people can pay this much... well yeah I know that it's kind of comparable to Victoria Sport and Lululemon, I just think that if they were a little bit cheaper then a lot more people would buy them. If they're ever on great sales, I'm sure Barbie will come in and get some of these. I mean they're really good but, expensive.

I just received my first Athleta sports bra as a gift for Christmas. As a breast cancer survivor that had a double mastectomy, I have struggled to find a sports bra or swim suits that are comfortable. The sports bra is AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm hopeful I'll have just as good an experience when I look for a swim suit at your store in Glendale, WI. Thank you again for caring about all women, no matter their shape
