Marcus Burse. Knows what he's doing. He wan never at a loss for procedure on his end, Patient. Handled switching 2 phones from different plans with off shore nonexistent customer service. Wow. Handled my business. Greeted other customers professionally but never set me aside.
This is the place to go. This is the man to see.
If you ever dread the thought of having to get face to face with sales people because you have had one be undertrained or apathetic, this will cure that feeling.

My old iphone was having charging issues, so we stopped by to get a new phone and review our current AT&T plan. Our consultant Marcus Burse was very personable and helpful. He explained options clearly without being pushy. We left with a new lower priced plan and an iphone on order. We also discussed AT&T's internet air, and depending on the status of our current internet provider, may switch over. All in all, a very good experience.
