Tried to get my medication here, pharmacist was rude and incompetent, told me to come back tomorrow because he was busy. He had my medication ready but refused to give it to me. ridiculous. asked me about a prescription that was 6 years old????

At first I just started coming here occasionally because I could get some medications cheaper but I’ve decided to fully switch over from Pick N Save pharmacy. The pharmacists/techs are very polite and helpful and I usually never wait more than a couple minutes to be helped. It’s clean and quiet. They are closed from 1:30-2pm which is not notes in the hours. Definitely recommend!

I've used a few different pharmacies, but I gotta say, this one has been my favorite. Everyone that works there that I've encountered has been very kind & has a good sense of humor.
I know that pharmacists & techs probably experience a lot of rude & difficult customers/patients and let that inform how they interact with ALL patients. But this place, haven't seen that. If they do deal with a slew of unpleasantness, you wouldn't know it. They've always been kind and helpful. ✌️

I use this pharmacy for my dogs medication and the price is so much better than at my vet. I really appreciate Preston's attention to detail and superb customer service.

Very rude pharmacist female sho took my Insurance. She was very assuming to know it all type attitude, taunting sick customer as nd mot gathering entire purchase orders. She was very rude in nsking her profession a big deal of it's my choice to serve you however I please.

This facility is conveniently accessible via bus (Green Line) and a short walk from a Water and Pleasant. It has ample parking as well. Staff was nice and courteous. The waiting area has plenty of seats and magazines. There is an Aurora Pharmacy on location as well. They have x-ray and mammogram facilities. I did go for x-rays as pertaining to my visit to a specialist. The overall experience was good and I found this location to be pleasant and welcoming.
