I switched here because the hours are convenient, but boy am I regretting it! Takes forever for them to fill a new prescription and the woman answering the phone on Wednesdays is rude and condescending. Wish the people answering the phone at St. Luke's would introduce themselves - I have no way of knowing her name otherwise, but she is downright awful.

Curbside pick up is atrocious. First...had to Google the pharmacy number because they don't have it posted on the signs at curbside...then had to endure Aurora's endless phone prompts...only to be hung up on 4 times. Frustrated...I try to go inside only to find the doors near the pharmacy are locked at 2 in the afternoon and I had to walk around the entire building and through the enormous hospital. When I get in and attempt to complain the guy blames me and says I must have a bad phone. Ridiculous.
