My experience with the staff at St Luke's was totally positive. Every person that I encountered was caring and competent. The facility was clean and comfortable. I have another procedure coming up and I am very confident that all will be well.

I had an appointment today with a neurologist. I had received the notice for the appointment via text, but they didn't include any information about parking. I drove there and was looking for a spot to park my car for about 20 minutes. during that time, I tried calling to ask where can I park. The first call, I got a message that staff is too busy and to call back later. I tried looking for parking again with no luck, so I called again and was put on hold for about 5 minutes, so I hung up. A lady called me back from the doctor's office. I told her what happened and that I was very frustrated at that point and that I didn't want to see the doctor anymore. She was trying to be nice, but she didn't offer to give me any information about parking or re-schedule me for another day. she simply said Ok. So I will never go back to this location ever again. And if anyone is looking for convenience and good service, that is not the place to go to.

Surgery for my sister was fairly quick. But I've been waiting in the waiting room since 10:30 am, and it's currently 5pm. Still waiting. They assigned her a room over an hour ago, and she's still waiting to move into it. Not impressed.UPDATE: Finally at just after 6, my sister got into her room. Upon asking the receptionist at the desk just before this if she had an estimate of how long it may take, she noted that since the time my sister was out of surgery to now was only 4 hours. She said that's not bad compared to how long some others wait. Wait, what? 4 hours isn't that long? This is acceptable? Not to mention that I waited another 4 hours before that. If people had to wait 8 hours at the medical facility I work at and be told that's not too bad, there would be hell to pay.And now for the obligatory response telling me how much they care, and that they want to talk further about this incident. Bull.

I’m a sickle cell patient and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had in a hospital. From their lack of knowledge, communication and professionalism, this is not the most reliable place for medical care

Went to the ER room because my mom had an extreme abdomen pain, they took some blood pump test and then left us at waiting room for more than 20 minutes! what kind of ER hospital does that!

Had to go there for some test's. Parking was crazy, but easy to get to. I should of used the parking ramp. People were very friendly and helpful. It's a big place.

02/03/2024: STAFF ASSISTANT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE MANUAL BLOOD PRESSURE ?. IM GOING TO THE BOARD, I HAVE PLENTY MORE TO SAY CONCERNING THE STAFF AND DOCTORS IN THIS HOSPITAL.UPDATE: IM GOING TO FILE GRIEVANCE ON THIS HOSPITAL. THE HOSPITAL DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT DISABLED PATIENTS. I WAS DIISCRIMINATED AND NEGLIGENCE. THE CHARGE NURSE (HEIDI) DIDN'T DO HER JOB, SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD DO AN INCIDENT REPORT ON THE DOCTOR THAT THREATENED ME, AND SHE DIDN'T. THE SAME LADY DOCTOR RETURNED TO THE ROOM THE FOLLOWING MORNING, YELLING AND SCREAMING, USING THE SAME THREATS TOWARDS ME, TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO GET OUT OF THAT HOSPITAL. ( THAT DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO DIE IF I DIDN'T TAKE THE MEDICINE THAT SHE WANTED ME TO TAKE).... A BLACK FEMALE SECURIT OFFICER BURST IN THE ROOM, HELD THE DOOR OPEN WHILE I WAS NAKED AND TRYING TO GET DRESSED...SHE ALSO CONTINUED TO BANG ON THE DOOR, YELLING, " I NEED TO HURRY UP, AND I DON'T HAVE ANY TIME TO CONTINUE TO GET DRESSED". THIS HOSPITAL/STAFF IS A DANGER.

While the staff seemed friendly and professional, part of the initial items in my room before my surgery was a blanket that had holes in it and was stained/dirty.

Don't go if your parent is ill and has a disability. If you leave them there they will not honor any wishes.
