Took my car to Earl and Tito. 2 of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. They told me they would call me that following Monday to let me know what they found but in fact called me that same day after looking at my car and informed me of the issue. They had already checked around to get pricing and let me know how much it would cost to fix the issue if I chose to go that route. They were fast and dependable and you don't find that this day and age. I will take my car back to them for all of my car needs.

Got 2 flat tires from road construction. My dealership and a highly respected automotive chain wanted me to make an appointment for 2 days to 1 week out, and then leave the car for the day. Not possible with a full-time job! Took it to Badger Auto, no waiting, resolved in 30 minutes, and $50. Earl and Chevy were great! Nice people who want to do the right thing for their customers!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Super smooth experience. I couldn't pass an emission due to a check engine light. They ran the code & let me know what was needed & a quote for the work. They completed the work super quick. Thank you very much.

Easily the best prices in the city. If you want to get mechanical work done on your vehicle but don’t like the big chains this is the place to go. Family owned, friendly and straightforward about what’s going on with l your vehicle

I took my vehicle in to get an estimate for brakes. The estimate was $1,600.00 and then lowered to $1,498.00. I was told all of the brakes, rotors, and all but one brake caliper was bad. I took the car to another shop to get a second opinion. My Dad is a Master Mechanic unfortunately he's ill. He did tell me this is way too high! At the other shop I was surprised to hear that the rotors are working, calipers working and only the pads needed to be changed to fix the issue. The sad part is I had work done at this shop a few years ago under different management. Please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. You can have some engines installed for that price! Make sure to do your homework on your car too. I already had an idea of what needed to be done. I just can't do it myself in the cold.

Brian at Brown Deer Tire has been our families mechanic for years. From maintenance of our family van when kids were small through the kids first hoopties...always fairly priced service and reliability. He continues to offer great, fair service, but can get busy, so call early.

I was visiting family in WI last summer(2020)when I discovered a noise coming from the front-end of my car. Being 6 hours away from home, I took it to the nearest shop which was Brown Deer Tire and Auto. I suspected it was a wheel bearing and the mechanics confirmed and replaced it. They also tried to persaude me to replace my sway bar and I declined. $1k later and about 200 miles into my trip back home the noise returned. I had another mechanic check it over and turns out it was not the wheel bearing or my sway bar. It has been about a year and the wheel bearing that was replaced (unnecessarily) it has nearly failed and my whole front tire is loose and I wasted $1k on a part that wasn't needed. Wheel bearings should last more than 20k miles...Service: General repairs & maintenance
