The gentleman working today, Feb 10, with dark hair and glasses, was extremely rude and had me waiting for ages with no "I'll be there in a moment" or "sorry for the wait". Heck not even a hello.His coworker however was kind and helpful once he saw I had been waiting.

Tim @ 27th Street Milwaukee location provided exceptional customer service as he went above and beyond to obtain a key fob from a nearby location when his store was out of stock. His knowledge and skill in programming key fobs had me out of there in under 20 min . Best service i received in a very long time from a local business. I highly recommend.

Ordered auto batteries on line, after a price search revealed differences of less than $5, chose batteries Plus because I figured they installed more batteries than auto parts stores, they did not disappoint ,in and out in thirty minutes with a double battery instates my vehicle has ''two''batteries, surprised me also

I stopped at Batteries Plus today as my car battery decided it’s time to go to car battery heaven with the cold snap we are having. I arrived shortly after 4 pm, and two gentlemen were working. The store was extremely busy since everyone else’s car battery decided it was time to RIP. Despite the chaos, the two workers were very calm, cool, confident, and pleasant. They multi tasked well between calling other locations, answering phones, answering customer questions, hopping around the store and popping back in and out from the cold to assist with replacing batteries. The gentleman who helped me with my car battery was quick and efficient, and finished the entire transaction with a smile. Kudos to you guys tonight!

I purchased a battery online and paid for installation on Sunday. I get a call Monday morning from an employee possibly named JEDWARDS according to the receipt that they will not be able to do my install because he is the only one working. We talked about going to West Allis, he couldnt get through to West Allis so he ENSURED me that it can get installed at 4:30pn today. I told him if he can’t, then let me know so I can get it resolved during the day since I’m off work and he INSISTED I come. I arrive at the store on time and informed him that I was here to get my battery installed. The same person I talked to, the same person that told me to come to store later, allowed me to waste my entire day on them, to only find out that they are not going to do the install today. I asked for a refund and I will NEVER shop at another Batteries Plus ever again. This is the most inconvenient, dishonest customer service I ever received in my life! Terrible employee.

I was in the store 1/14/24 for a battery install on my vechile. Kevin worked the store all day by himself. There was a constant line of customers and a lot of phone calls. Kevin handled it like a champ and took care of all the customers needs. I have been in customer service for 25+ years and manage a customer service department. I know how difficult Kevin's day was. Hates off to Kevin for delivering excellent customer service to everyone that walked in the door or called. I truly hope Batteries Plus knows what an asset Kevin is to the company.

I had a great experience at batteries Plus in Milwaukee on 27th Street. Very helpful and patient and went the extra mile when he didn't have to. Definitely earned my business for next time.

I’m a long time customer, made many purchases, and have always been very happy with the service I’ve been provided. It’s why I’ve always chosen to come back. Always been satisfied with their products. Until today. Today, politely and with a smile, they refused to honor a warranty on a car battery. They talked a good game as to why. Guess I won’t be coming back any more. ?♀️

The employee that was there the morning of Sunday, 8-6-23 was an absolute j*** to me. He was short with dark hair, don't know his name but he basically laughed at me as he went back into the store. I had asked a legitimate question concerning my key fob battery. He made a joke about my car and acted like I was stupid because I didn't get what he meant. I've never had a bad experience here before this incident.

I was greeted by Tim and I just want to share my experience that Tim provided for me which was representing his employer in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service e and product support that I definitely needed. I truly feel blessed to have met Tim.

Employees were very polite and professional. I went in on Friday to get my car battery replaced and I was out of there literally 10 minutes after I arrived that's just how quick they are! The cashier, whose name was Tim I think, who was changing my battery even gave me a couple items to help out my new battery. He also took his time installing my battery and answering questions instead of rushing through it like your average lowsy employee so I appreciate that too! Thanks Tim! I will definitely be back in the future someday for my next new battery.
