On 3/1/24 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about a motorcycle transport company that did not deliver my motorcycle during their delivery window and did not communicate with me about the ongoing delays during the entire 9-week period of this contract. The BBB immediately communicated my complaint to the company and within hours the company contacted me and provided me a confirmed delivery date. The intervention by the BBB compelled the company to communicate with me and resolve my complaint.

We are so grateful BBB helped us find a resolution between us and another company. I tried contacting the other company for an amicable resolution but I didn't have good results. BBB intervened and handled the case so quickly and professionally. Outstanding service! Thank you BBB.

I am so pleased with the Better Business Bureau! Thay have never failed to resolve my disputes and I have used them many times! If you are having a problem with any company I highly recommend getting help from the BBB!

Unfortunately it didn't go the way I wanted and expected it too. I know BBB tried but when a company like Ashley Furniture has no entegrity there is nothing anyone can do. I advise no one to shop there because there customer service all the way to the top are not for the customers.

The BBB was helpful in helping me resolve my issue with Ashley Furniture. Although they had begun the process to correct the mistake, I am sure that when contacted by BBB, they worked more expeditiously to correct their mistake. In the future, I will be sure to review the businessprior to making any major purchases.
