No Bathrooms for me. I have been a BMO customer for many years. Having multiple locations is a great way to be anyplace and walk in to be treated like a valued customer. I travel all over the Milwaukee area on a regular basis. If I need to use an ATM they have me covered. At some point this morning I drove into the Wisconsin ave. location. I had visited that branch 10 times over the years. I walked in and made eye contact with the security guard. I asked to use the restroom. He directed me to the teller line. After I spoke to the teller she stated that they have no public restrooms. Fine, I said I am a customer. She then saw my Drivers Lic, BMO Credit card, & BMO debit card. I guess she them sent a message to the Manager and I was told that Taco Bell has public restrooms. This is an easy choice for me. Time to find another Bank. Insulted beyond words. Maybe I will invest in Taco Bell.

I was there I called them for to open a account they told me to come in when I get there I told them I called about a coconut she get mad she was asking her coworkers who answer he’s phone she told whem don’t ever do that in front of me she asked me to white 5 minutes I was within for 26 minutes whey was just. standing and talking not doing nothing after that she told me you need to have a appointment for next time today we are busy we can’t do it

Employees were extremely unhelpful. They told us to take a seat and wait for someone to help us, and after a half hour we left. They were not busy at the time either. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any bank. I'd avoid this place at all costs.
