Tried to cash a check written from my sister at the Layton branch. I only had my Id, I forgot my debit card at home as they require an id and a debit or credit card to cash checks if you dont have an account there. They kept the check and told me they can't cash it. Disgusted with this bank pulling family family funds out on Monday,!! The manager was rude the entire time as well! Beware..

This bank is dishonest and duplicitous. I fell for their promotion of opening a checking account requiring an automatic deposit every month. In return, one was to receive $300.00 after three months. They continually changed the goal posts and the hoops one was to jump through. They had plenty of excuses and more hoops which for a senior on social security was impossible goal to reach. They did not explain to me that the automatic deposits had to be completed within three months of opening the account. They knew that my deposit was from social security and that it would take a month before I could automatically deposit the first check.I was angry that after four deposits, I would not get one red cent for my deposits. No ethics here with this bank.Seniors in particular should stay away. They also expect seniors to do every banking transaction on line. This bank should take some ETHICS COURSES.Their whole approach is dishonest.

One of the worst bank experiences I have ever had. How can a "trusted" bank double deduct your account when you take cash out of your own account. It is Saturday and can't do anything due to one brainless employee. I have contacted this branch and customer service and they can not do anything since it's Saturday. I will be looking for a different bank one this is straightened out. Due to their mistake it could take till Monday or up to 3 days the get this resolve. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY. AS YOU CAN SEE I DID SND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!!!

I was asked how this bank was. A bank is a bank ,is a bank. It had a convenient ATM and drive up windows plus the service was fast enough. The hard part was that it is on a busy corner and kind of hard to get into the lot due to traffic.

Absolutely terrible - Just terrible. This bank has to be the worst bank in the entire state, which is very sad considering they are building a stadium in our city. Multiple terrible experiences over 2 years. The branch manager, Joe Miller, the branch manager, is very unprofessional and rude. How he ever became a branch manager is absolutely shocking. He expressed no concern in retaining me as a customer and instead wanted to be "right" about everything when I tried to compromise, which is a terrible way to be as a manager. Apart from uncomfortably staring at me with angry eyes (incredibly unprofessional), He even refused to give me his supervisor's number after I called him rude and unprofessional, which only proved my point further. He then got agitated and emphatically pointed his finger to the door to leave. I refused until I got his supervisors number, he then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave, but I calmly stayed, and finally got the number once he decided he has to do his job and that the police wouldn't really be doing anything about a he said she said dispute. Some of the other bankers are rude as well, and act like they hate their jobs, and it's got to be a product of this guy's terrible attitude, terrible level of professionalism, and frankly just failing at his fairly simple job. The teller Alexis is incredibly rude and follows the same attitude, always trying to condescend and explaining things in a rude fashiom. These people are terrible faces for the company if they act like this. I understand the job isn't the best, and the pay is low, but there is no reason to be that way. The regional manager John Odell was also very unhelpful and took no responsibility for his employees, nor showed concern for me as a customer, or how I was treated. He did not seem to care about my experience at his banks, and instead just made it seem like something he had to do. Overall, this is just a horrible bank and organization. And this is coming from 2 years of nothing but negative experiences, with employees, but especially management. If BMO wants to maintain positive relationships with customers in our city, these are not the representations of the company you want. 1/5. F. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

What bank has 9-5 hours?? How can a bank not have drive thru open until 6pm. I am so disgusted I let my car dealer talk me into financing with BMO instead of Landmark Credit Union. This is by far the least customer service oriented bank I have ever seen. never again after my loan is paid off.
