Although I do not have an account at the location on silver spring my fiance does and since I work out of state which is here in Wisconsin and she is in another state I routinely deposit money into her account to assist her in paying bills where she lives the tellers are very professionalI've never had a negative experience thereand I've never had an issue or I should say a negative issue always a great experience I am considering switching my account to BMO Harris

The branch on silver spring drive in Milwaukee wi constantly under staffed unlike suburban branch like whitefish bay but also they have it posted that they open at 830 am Drive threw so I’m waiting employees see me waiting and don’t say anything very unprofessional

I would use less than 1 star but not available. When calling the bank they do not even answer the phone and if you are lucky enough to get an answer they simply pick up the phone and then hang up. The worsk case business I have ever delt with.JUST A FOLLOW UP ON MY ORIGINAL. SOMEONE FROM MAIN BANK REQUESTED A PHONE NUMBER SO THAT THEY COULD CONTACT ME. iI FOLLOWED THROUGH AND NEVER HEARD A THING.tRIED AGAIN TODAY 1/9/22 THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM FIRST TRY SOMEONE ANSWERED DID NOT SPEAK AND HUNG UP SUBSEQUENT ATTEMPT 5 OR 6 TIMES THROUGH THE ANSWERING CYCLE AND NEVER GOT AN ANSWER AT ALL. THESE PEOPLE REALLY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS.2/12/22 Still have Zero Phone service after 4 trips through voice mail someone apparently was annoyed with the ringing phone so picked it up and hung up after about 30 seconds.

I had an unpleasant experience with a banker by the name of Nadalee, at this location. While what she told about my ID was true, I've shown this particular ID numerous times (never mind the fact that the U.S. Passport Agency should have never granted me an ID with my preferred name on it instead of my legal name - they should've just rejected my app if it'd pose problems in the future), and not once did someone tell me this. She was very condescending. Usually bankers are friendly and strike up conversations and say "Have a nice day" when you leave their office, and she seriously lacked manners. Her tone was very unprofessional. I've never had a more unpleasant experience with a banker. She was incredibly rude. In spite of her rudeness, I remained very cordial and respectful. It's funny how the one positive review about her was written by someone of the same ethnicity. I felt patronized and will never bank here again.

i go to this bank all the time, the employees are very kind and helpful, of course there will be those days where everything isnt handed to you on a silver plate but you just have to understand at the end of the day they are people working to make ends meet as well.

The security guard and banker were professional. I entered the bank with a specific concern and it was remedied immediately.

The customer service was not good! I was not acknowledged when I entered there was 1 teller and 1 drive thru teller and 1 manager roaming. No one said a word to me standing in line for 7 minutes! How would you rate them?

Great customer service, but terrible service (if that makes sense). Nadalee helped my husband and I professionally and did a lot for us in one meet. Opened 2 savings account, applied for a credit card and to get a preapproval for a mortgage loan. Everything went great, we just didn't get to finish our preapproval since we were missing some information. A few days later, we finally were able to give the rest of our information papers to her and told us she'll be giving our papers to Dawn and we'll hear back about our preapproval soon. Two to three weeks went by and still haven't heard a thing. I did NOT receive my credit card in the mail either and it had been over a month. I finally gave Nadalee a call about my credit card and mortgage loan. She directed my call to the credit card company only to find out, she entered my address wrong and that's why I have not received my credit card. She also told me she'll talk to dawn about our papers and get back to us and the reason why it's delayed was because they're short on staff. I used to work for a bank and for all I know, I know DAMN WELL being short on staff has NOTHING to do with mortgage when it's LITERALLY only one person at the bank who is MOST LIKELY THE MANAGER that deals with mortgage. No ONE ELSE. A few days later, she finally messaged my husband that WE will have to contact dawn ourselves to see where our mortgage preapproval stands. It's been almost a MONTH! I am so irritated at this point now, that I am gonna stop in on Monday and request all of our papers back. A process that only takes 3 day lead on to a WHOLE MONTH and still not finished! We found a house that we loved but because they're not doing our preapproval, we didn't get the house! Never will I come bank with Bmo Harris. Waste of time and lost the house we were looking forward to.
