“I was considering hiring the Giersch Group as a bookkeeping service for my new business and was hopeful based on their positive local reviews and prompt and friendly initial response to my inquiry on behalf of a client. Despite some challenges during the onboarding process, I decided to move forward with their services. Jamie was apologetic about the issues we encountered in the beginning and introduced me to April, who was responsible for continuing the onboarding process. However, I have not received any communication from them since our call on 4/19. After such a rocky start to the onboarding process, I didn't feel the need to pursue the matter further. I simply sought representation elsewhere.--Update:Paul reached out to me after I left a review, expressing interest in understanding my experience and clarifying the situation. I appreciated his willingness to take responsibility and explain the changes in staff that were happening at the time of my initial contact. As a customer, I value businesses that prioritize hospitality and address any concerns that arise. I was impressed with Paul's commitment to his business, reputation, and brand, demonstrated through his personal attention and effort to address my feedback. Though my first interaction with the business was disappointing, I am willing to consider them again in the future based solely on Paul's sincerity and character. While I cannot give them a perfect rating due to the initial experience, I will update my rating from two to four, based on the follow-up from Paul.”
“Let me start by saying that this young lady is a GOD SEND, she literally fixed all my tax issues that I had for some years in about 3 hours....WOW!!!
If you're are having tax issues or just need someone to keep you on track and do your taxes CORRECTLY then you need to be calling her office ASAP!!!! She's the REAL DEAL Y'all.

The service was excellent, Mr Mohamed the man who did my taxes, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable...
He even caught an error on my end I wouldn't have caught while preparing the documents, but he was familiar and experienced with the procedures of W2s and most importantly 1099s, from different contractors (Uber, DoorDash...)
And the pricing was affordable.
The place, the service and the man is highly recommended...
