Horrible service!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOST MOBILE LOCATION!!! Very disrespectful to people of color. We went there because we we're having trouble activating a new phone. The first time the clerk told us it would be $35 to activate. We knew that and were fine with that. Then he told us to just call 611 and they will do it. After sitting in my car on the Boost lot for 40 minutes on the phone with 611 we couldn't get anything done because there was no internet. As we went back to the store both clerks were outside smoking cigarettes. It's was raining very hard and they wanted us to stand outside while they finished smoking. When I refused to stand in the rain they said only I could go in and my brother and autistic son had to stand in the rain. I refused again and they went into the store very angry. They took the phone and changed the sim card. It still didn't work. Then they proceeded to tell me that the phone was detective and how it wasn't a good idea to order phones from boost mobile online which was not true. The 2 boys working behind the counter were very rude and disrespectful in their tone, the way they spoke to us, their lies, and their obvious attitude and didn't want to have us as customers. I've been with Boost almost 10 years now and I've never had that disrespect and horrible service. We took the phone to another location. It needed a very minor adjustment that the new location didn't even charge us for. people we have to stop giving businesses our money to treat us wrong and not give good service. Even if your experience was different you can't support when they treat others sub par.

Late open but glad I had to drive back this way. The guy who helped me was super nice and I left with the phone my husband wanted without spending a bunch of money up front yay for boost up.
