I had cracked my phone screen and needed a replacement fast. Went to this place and I was taken care of quickly. Prob took 30 mins to replace. Price was fair, customer service was excellent and they were accurate with the time the phone will be done. Phone works and looks brand new. Will use them agian if ever needed in the future for sure.

I took my phone in to get the screen replaced and they said it would happen in 2 days. Actually took more than a week. When I picked it up, they had misplaced my case. I noticed the case and screen were very misaligned, and less than 2 weeks later, everything is shattered again. Don't go here, you tube the fix yourself. Minus twelve stars

Never will I go there again the guy lied about a month free after buying to phones then called to talk to him he was so loud be rude why would I lie on him why would he say that just to get my money never again didn’t even give me a real iPhone charger

I was rather terrified of the process of getting a new phone. The fellow who helped me was absolutely wonderful. He zeroed in on exactly what I needed and got me set up quickly and with no problems. I hopefully won't be needing them again for a phone for a while, but I'll definitely be coming back for accessories!

I went there to switch from my old phone company to Boost Mobile and the young lady that I didn't get her name with a small scar on her throat was fantastic and very helpful. She has a great customer service and she was a good saleswoman too and helped me get two free phones and gave me a good deal on accessories. I highly recommend this phone shop to anyone who wants to switch to Boost Mobile!

Recently purchased a new phone from the Boost Mobile store at 707 W Wisconsin Ave. Nidia was my sales person and she was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. If Boost had more salespeople like Nidia they would be a fortune 500 company

Will try different location.. She didnt know what roam was & quoted different prices. When i paid it was much higher.
