Words cannot describe how lucky I am to have stumbled across a business where you get so much bang for your buck! I've searched endless places to find a good plan for my family of 5 that won't break my bank account. The employee here were helpful and listened to what I wanted and needed and they delivered! No place cares this much about their customers liek this boost mobile. Thank you guys again, we will be back!!!

I believe the "new" phone I purchased a week ago is a returned device. The phone screen goes black and I have to literally push the power button MULTIPLE times HARD just for it to turn back on, and even then I find myself taking the back off the device to remove the battery just for it to come back on! What's the odds of me going to Boost to purchase a new phone due to my previous phone acting up just to get a phone that's even worse!!! Beware of Boost Mobile at Southridge Mall!!!

Best deals on plans...boost really upped their game in the past 2 years, when I first moved to Milwaukee from South Milwaukee, I had so so many dropped calls it was ridiculous,so I went back to metro pcs,now I've just returned to boost for 50$ u get unlimited everything,and if you switch over from another carrier, you get to pick your phone,from the 5 free phones they have during this promotion, can't be beat!! also the 50$ monthly plan has the hotspot as well, another plus with boost Mobile is if your a few days late paying your bill,U STILL GET INCOMING CALLS and text's, which to me it can't get no better than that.lifetime customer from here on out,can't recommend boost enough.

Manager always has attitude cup leaking my soda and burgers very little pickle or onions all in all going up the street several food places around close to there chili hotdogs broken yolk etc
