Dirty property and don’t bother trying to use the restroom. Looks like a bomb went off in there…plus no soap. Get it together and have some pride as a business owner.

I came here for some coffee and have to say it was a lousy experience. The sugar dispenser was completely out as was the dispenser for sugar substitute. When I asked the guy behind the counter, if he could refill it, he said no. When I asked him if he had any sugar packets, he said no. He was really rude. I would not recommend this place.

This is the "big" BP Rewards savings on the lame brain, Biden's inflationary gasoline! What a sh**ty deal. Hope everyone will like paying even higher gas prices soon to come! Maybe 8 bucks a gal. There'll be more negative consequences to accompany this. When will the people learn?!

I have to agree with another reviewer here. I too, had to use the BP's outside access to their restrooms. Absolutely disgusting. I don't want to draw a depiction on how abhorrent that this was. I'm surprised that the health dept. hasn't been put on notice? Other than that, the gas prices are usually the best in the immediate area closer to where we live. One other annoyance is the windshield bucket like containers don't have the proper fluid mix with reasonable squeegees in a condition to adequately clean your vehicles windows. Lazy personnel here.

I have never successfully gotten gas here. What a waste of time.

Dont buy the poshes from here, they burn out fast and even if they make you try them in store**c19** they still are horrible. Just bought 2 and both of them burnt out already.

Today I had to use the disgusting toilet at the BP Gas Station at 11417 Watertown Plank Road. The toilet is outside. There was no toilet paper and no hand towels. Feces was smeared all over the toilet boil. The girl sitting inside with the scarf over her head at 2:45 p.m. did not care about my complaint. In the midst of a pandemic, it is wretched to allow such filth. This compaint will be shared with BP Milwaukee as well.

Tried calling to see what gas prices were, seeing if I could save a little considering I was going to be in the area. I ask the price, then another person asks me what i want, then i get hung up on. I call back, no answer. This is the way you guys do business? Now I don't care what the gas costs, I will make it a point to tell my friends and family NOT to ever go there again. Thanks for the great customer service, you dolts.

Is it that hard to routinely put out window washing fluid and a good squeegee?! At their gas pumps? So common anymore. Laziness I guess.

Don't ever use the bathroom here. There was p*** all over the floor and no toilet paper and paper towels. They do not take care of this place.

This station is usually a low-price leader amongst nearby BP stations, including the one a mile west in "downtown" Elm Grove. I especially appreciate the old-fashioned trust exhibited, so as to pay AFTER pumping (handy when dealing with Grocery Store Discount, multiple payment cards [gift, credit] to handle one transaction, etc.) As written by others as well, the restroom is atrociously poor. Sometimes the lawnmower is stowed there, so the mud _might_ be mistaken for feces. Five Stars if the bathroom was cleaned even once a year ;)

Since the days of full-service with pump jockeys and free oil checks there isn't really a whole lot one can say about a gas station! However, this one is a real prize! Located on Watertown Plank Road, which has had construction on it for the past ? years, this little station is almost impossible to enter and exit. Keep in mind you're only a short distance from the Wauwatosa Police Department when you're contemplating your move. A slick maneuver between the plastic barrels is required to get in from the front... if you can find a gap in the oncoming traffic. When there are vehicles pumping fuel it's even harder. The "parking" area is non-existent so once you've gotten into the drive, but still on the sidewalk, you're stuck. To enter from the side is equally challenging. When there are two cars stopped at the light the drive is already blocked... and don't even think about trying to get in by making a left turn... ain't gonna happen! I believe the whole place is comprised of 4 pumps and you've got to closely watch their calibration. Very often the price on the sign isn't what you'll pay and, most of the time, it isn't for the better. I don't know if the gentleman inside is the owner or just an attendant but he's there early in the morning and late at night, sitting in his uncomfortable looking chair and takes forever to stand and get to the counter. His English is also marginal at best so communication is difficult... and, if you have a problem, he seems to forget his English speaking skills completely! The bathroom is a disaster! You'd think, as spotless as the store and fueling areas appear, the rest room looks like it was left there by the previous structure on the plot. I guess it's primary use is for storage and that's why a key from the attendant is necessary... along with a handful of Lysol wipes! It's unfortunate that, over the years, two nearby stations have closed leaving this BP the only filling station in the immediate area. Plan accordingly if you're running low on gas... or have to use the facilities!!
