Being a former Service Advisor I am aware how busy it gets on a Friday even if you have an appointment.Julia (sorry if it is misspelled) was my advisor she was very informative and professional throughout the entire process. I asked how long it was going to take since I was going to wait she said about 2hrs but to my surprise it was barely over an hour. I was very pleasedThank you

RESTORED FAITH IN THE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE!I had just bought a vehicle from another dealership and ran into issues. I had my vehicle towed to Lake for repair. I only had the vehicle for less then a month so already I was kind of upset. Once it was there I spoke with Cameron Allen one of the service advisors. He was honest with me from the beginning and kept me up to date with the process every step of the way. His communication was 100%. He left me with no questions about what was going on and what they were trying to accomplish. He went to bat for me with the 3rd party warranty company I had, to ensure the job was done correctly and to the fullest. I feel he went above and beyond what most people would. He totally set my mind at ease and restored my faith in the dealership experience. I have not bought a vehicle from Lake but you can guarantee the next one will be purchased here. I really can't say enough how pleased I was with Cameron and his dedication to quality service. Bravo.

I came in for a routine oil change and mentioned I was hearing an odd noise coming from the wheels. I couldn't tell if it was bearings or something else. They found a problem with my tires and recommended having the alignment checked and adjusted. Thanks for pinpointing the source of the noise.

When I had my 2023 Silverado 2500 In for an oil change, there was a bit of an accident to my truck in the oil bay. I was told a pully wheel fell on the passenger side front door. Now I realize accidents happen, and I would have been fine with everything just being fixed, which happened, but how everything was handled was poor at best. I picked up my truck from its oil change on Friday September 22nd. When I picked it up, not one person from the dealership told me my truck was damaged in the oil bay and and was to be fixed. I didn't notice the damage until the next day. When I did, I went into the dealer to talk to a manager so someone knew what was going on. The manager took some pictures and told me to call the service manager on Monday, and ask him to check the cameras to see if the damage happened at the dealer, or if I caused it. So Monday I did just that. I talked to a service advisor who told me the manager was unavailable , and she would talk to him and have him check the cameras and call me back. No call Monday afternoon. I called Tuesday to follow up, left another message hoping to get a call back from the manager. No call back Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I called to follow up on Friday afternoon, and talked to a service advisor who knew about my situation. He proceeded to tell me that they caused the damage and it was going to get fixed. He also told me that it was known that the truck was damaged right away. So it took a full week to be told about the damage. Now there is still more to this story, which I don't care to type out because it is a long story still from here. But I would be more then willing to tell my story over the phone. I did talk to a couple different managers at the dealer after the fact but, but I am not exactly happy with the outcome of our conversations. I look forward to speaking with someone about the entire story of my new truck.

I had an oil change as well as a few other things; headlight, wipers, inspect for winter, etc., and was very pleased with the work and the price. My service agent, Craig, is the best. Thorough, honest, easy to work with, and answers all my questions. I'm very pleased.

10/19/2023 STAY AWAY!!! I had a bad experience here that could have been easily avoided if the employees did what was expected of them in the service department. I took my truck in because the oil cooler lines had an oil leak. (Not a new problem for GM trucks) upon inspection they told me it was oil seepage and not an oil drip….. said GM will not warranty it and that my extended warranty would not either. Paid the inspection fee $94.89 1/2 hour of labor. They quoted me on repairs $640. Picked up my truck and, I asked them if they contacted my extended warranty company and they said no. Concerned I left lake Chevy and went straight to Heiser Chevy in west allis. Explained my problems and concerns to them and showed them pictures. They inspected my truck and contacted GM. Oil cooler lines ARE UNDER WARRANTY under GM power train at no cost to me. Heiser repaired the truck and gave me a detailed report on repairs. Took my repair ticket back to LAKE Chevy and asked for the service manager. I asked them to give me my money back for the inspection when they should have repaired my truck from the start. They gave me a run around and excuses why they didn’t repair it. After 15 minutes of going back and worth with them they did give me my money back. Just be careful here they are not a honest dealer and make sure you double check everything, Or just go to Heiser they treat you with respect and care about you and your vehicle.

-1. I took my car to get fixed. I told them specifically what was wrong with it so it can get fixed. They fixed another part that didn't have to be fixed and blamed it on a another part that was just brand new and quoted me another 1300$$ supposedly they didn't get that code til I brought it back the next day. There quick to get your money horrible maintenance.

What a great experience. As anxious as I was to make a huge purchase, Damian and the whole crew here made it super easy and comfortable. Not in the least bit "pushy", they sat with me (I think one night after hours, sorry!) And explained all of my options up and down. I rolled out of there in a beautiful new SUV and couldn't be happier. Thank you Damian, David & oh my gosh I forget his name in financing...Orlando? Roberto? I'm sorry, but he was super nice and has great hair, haha. Thanks all!

BEST experience ever buying a new vehicle. My salesman, Justin, was great to work with along with the manager. We negotiated a deal that suited us all…it was never one sided or “we can’t do that” stance. Love my vehicle and definitely recommend Lake Chevrolet.

My visit to Lake Chevrolet at 4100 S 27th St, Milwaukee, WI, turned out to be a highly frustrating experience. I initially brought my car in for minor repairs after a small accident, particularly focusing on the damage to the front right-side rotor near the front passenger seat. During the initial inspection, they provided an estimate and forwarded it to my insurance. I made it clear to Michael that the issue was related to the front right-side rotor, which was causing a troubling scratching noise and affecting the car's safety during braking.Michael assured me that they would promptly address the problem, stating it would take a maximum of two weeks. However, it ended up taking three weeks of persistent follow-ups to finally retrieve my car. When I asked if they had resolved the shaking issue, Michael confidently claimed they had fixed it. Much to my dismay, it became evident that no actual repairs had been made after I drove the car.Upon reviewing the bill, I was astounded to discover that nearly $4000 had been spent solely on calibration, despite all my car's sensors functioning correctly. It seemed that their priority was profit rather than addressing the genuine issue I had brought the car in for. What's more, it took them three weeks just to perform the calibration.Michael eventually agreed to take the car back and provided a loaner while they addressed the actual problem. However, later on, they informed me that the rotor issue might not be covered by insurance, suggesting it could be due to wear and tear. I reminded them that I had initially mentioned this possibility, but they had disregarded it, instead allocating 90% of their time and expenses to something that wasn't even broken. Michael's report to the insurance, indicating that the rotors were "LIKELY" damaged due to wear and tear, understandably led to the insurance company's reluctance to cover the cost, given the significant calibration expenses. In the end, I had to bear the cost of replacing both front rotors. Regrettably, the noise from the rotors returned. I am now planning to file a consumer complaint and pursue legal action against them. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership and seek automotive services elsewhere.

So I was put on a list at Lake Chevy in Milwaukee over a year ago to get my Z06 with the understanding I would only be paying MSRP. I explained to the salesman (Willie Burazin) that I did two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan and promised to myself that if I survived, would buy a Vette. My name finally came up in May. I ordered my car and it was delivered to the dealership August 15th. They now wandered $50K over MSRP. I argued with the sales manager (David) that I had a verbal agreement with your corvette salesman that I would pay MSRP. He only budged 10K! I was pissed beyond belief but didn't want to wait another year. Sadly paid the price but will continue to post how I was treated by them! I am posting to all the veteran sites to keep them away from the unscrupulous bastards. Btw they told me my car was the most expensive they ever sold!
