Wish they had a better selection of items... really sucks too if you have credit for pro shop only things and there are so many other stores in a close radius with newer selection and more variety of it tooStaff is nice I have been in this location during bucks games and while it's open during regular hours and it's always been the same clothes on the racks for a good 4-6 months now I hope after new years they put some newer selections out

Whatever you do, don't order anything online. Will take months to receive it.....if you even get it at all! We ordered a bucks hoody... never got it! Absolutely sucks! 56.00 shot to hell?

I work for Fiserv and I was told told my employees discount didn’t include clearance items but I have purchased items on clearance before and they have added my discount. I didn’t not like the overall explanation or service at all!

I have been waiting on a shirt for almost a month and they will not refund me my money. They said until the hear fro USPS there is nothing they can do. So I asked if I never get it they won't do anything and the guy told me no there's nothing they can do. I will not be ordering from here again.

I used to work here as a temporary employee. And one of the team leaders tried to take my phone which is my personal property. Quite literally said to me “Give me your phone”. Well, last time I checked my phone belonged to me, not anyone else. Then I left the job, only for them to message me months later asking me to work there only to mention “your banned from working here” I guess someone just hated me for no apparent reason I was a quiet person and don’t bother anyone. The other time when it was like my second day working there and they asked me why I am putting certain clothes on certain shelves and I said I was told to do so and they said “Nobody told you that” so they are criticizing what they aren’t aware of….. So all I have to say is some of the staff here are unprofessional and don’t have much manners.

Indifferent ? review. Just stopped by the store too see what sales and merch was available. Staff was really nice and even nice to my son who was running around the store. We couldn’t leave empty handed so I purchased him a $5 bucks ball ?. On my way out I was asked if I remembered to pay for the ball. That really threw me after I just spent five minutes at the corner talking and trying to find my wallet in my messy purse. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I’m reminded of her comment everytime my son plays with the little ball. She really thought I would risk my freedom for $5! Get arrested and have a world wind of legal troubles for a $5 ball.

We were at a game and picked up a hat in store at the pro shop. The first time my son put the hat on the adjustable size clip came off. Of course, we don't live in the same state, so my wife tried calling and emailing to see about an exchange as it was a manufacturer defect. She has gotten no reply. Now we have a "new" hat that can't worn...... it was his little souvenir to remember the day. I guess lesson learned check the merch closely before buying. Even if the store PACKED on game day.

This is for the Online Pro Shop ONLY. They are apparently two separate entities with different customer service departments. I ordered a L Bobby Portis tee shirt online for a Xmas gift in November. I received a M MKE Bucks Outdoors shirt in January. I called multiple times but no one answered the phone after being on hold for over two hours each time I called. I notified them of the mistake immediately via email. After four weeks I received a generic email saying they were working on it. It is now end of Feb and nothing has been done. I’m out my money and shirt. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE PRO SHOP!!! Go to the fiserv in person

never have I experienced such high quality of customer service like i did while i was shopping at the pro shop this past week. the store was clean, everything was neat and organized, the staff was immaculate in helping me find what i needed. if i could give this shop 10 stars i would. definitely will be back!

Good selection of merchandise, roaming staff could be more helpful, only one cashier knew how to do a return so there was quite a line after Christmas and no access to bathrooms when game not going on. Store is always clean!

Recently I purchased a couple of items from the Pro shop and I will definitely be returning. Items are easy to locate within the store and the staff is always ready to assist. Awesome experience with no complaints , 5/5 recommend

Everything they sale is out of date here. The team does have new jerseys but none of which can be purchased here till after everywhere else has them. If you want anything new you have to buy it online so they can deny you service after you spend, and they have your money. No jerseys for kid, you have to also buy them somewhere else. This team is a joke and don't care about the actual fans they do have. Only your money.

Place is always a pleasure. Parking is the only down fall . But you are able to use credit cards to pay for parking if you find yourself without change.
