Randy and zham did a great job today. My credit card from India so it ain't process the payment in their system. Both tried like 4 times to finish the payment processing. I never seen anybody tried this many times usually people do twice and say sorry. But this team tried their best of the best to fix the issue. I love all of you you guys deserve this stars. There is another lady at the counter too she is nice to other customers I witnessed it. Great asset for budget and avis. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.

RE: Rental Agreement number is U470052310To Budget Regional Manager ,I'm requesting a full refund for a rental I'm returning early. The vehicle was unsafe, unclean and the customer service rendered, unsatisfactory.On last Tuesday I rented a Mazda CX30, at a weekly rate. When I got into the vehicle I noticed it wasn't clean as I had hoped, especially for a road trip but I didn't want to fuss. After I finished work I, started the vehicle and noticed a caution ⚠️ notification: "In-vehicle Network malfunction. Have the vehicle Inspected." I immediately called and experienced long wait times, when I did get through, I was put on hold, only to be disconnected. I had a road trip planned for the morning so I planned to resolve then and maybe swap out the vehicle to a different budget along the way. When I went home to pack, I discovered the vehicle was not only dirty on the outside but filthy in the inside. No attempt at vacuuming the trunk had been made. Dust, food and who knows what else throughout the vehicle. I was disappointed, I clean professionally for a living.Driving the vehicle with a caution light was worrisome. Am I putting my friends and family at unnecessary risk? When picking up friends and family, everyone said, "Why is this vehicle so dirty? "Someone must have just dropped it off and didn't clean it?" I didn't have an answer. Can you help with an answer? We all agreed that swapping out the vehicle was for the best, for safety, comfort and peace of mind.We had an early start. We called Budget at 8am to get guidance on swapping out the vehicle. What a nightmare! Dropped calls, bad information, extreme hold times, we decided we need to go into a budget. We explained to a representative that we needed a budget between Detroit and Cincinnati. We spoke with Emergency Road Side Assistance. We went an hour out of the way to the closest budget only to discover later that the trade was made for Cincinnati airport, not the location that was the closest. We went to the vehicle exchange counter and they didn't have any cars. Emergency roadside and the budget hub were not on the same page. We were turned away. By this time, a "Service Engine soon" warning light was on. There was a music festival in town in Cincinnati, swapping out the vehicle was unlikely.This has been the worse rental car experience I have ever had. Two persons I traveled with are Customer Service professionals, which made the complaining on a road trip intolerable. It cost us time and comfort. I'm returning the rental early and would like a full refund because:* Unsafe vehicle* Two caution lights* Filthy vehicle* Inside and out* Why wasn't the vehicle clean?* Poor customer service* No one from Budget to ownership to resolve* After requesting the closest budget, we were routed to our destination airport* Several hang ups with no call backs* Severe wait times with dropped callsTwo free days, rental serviceSurvey....Send

I recently rented a vehicle at the 4th Street Budget location, initially the customer service was great. Upon my return I needed the license plate number to pay the Illinois tolls on line, I had not gotten that information before I left the Budget location. I called the following day and requested the information the young lady screamed into the phone, you have called several times requesting the same information. This was not true, however customer service is an expectation not a favor. Stay away from Budget some of the staff are out of control.

Polite but I paid up front but when I had 200 on credit and 50 in cash dude refused I left crying and he could of helped me but too worried about closing at noon. I walked home and I understand but I had money for 250 hold he just didn't care tp accommodate. Customer service failed . I had other credit cards that would pay hold but they don't take certain cardsWish I knew before hand. Thanks budget u sux i had a nice walk home

Told a family member from out of state that his ID was not accepted. We had to go to the Budget Car Rental at the airport where everything worked out fine. I asked the clerk if there was any specific reason as to why they didn't accept the ID, and he said that the person probably did not know what they were doing. Avoid this location if you are not from Wisconsin.
