Horrible even gave them extra time knowing they was busy but until I started seeing people get there orders before mines I had to say something now. Guess I was taken for granted and knowing I was an average costumer that comes mostly in the mornings. Think this was it for this place would NOT prefer. Employees never comes to work also short staff. You can use that excuse of being short staff for so much this place just ran horribly and to think it's one of the newer places that open SMH

Very good people working there. The food came out fast, hot and fresh. Restaurant was very clean.Parking: The company that does the plowing did not do a good job. Needed salt laid down to minimize customers slipping and falling. We had to walk very slowly.

CAREFUL! CAREFUL! CAREFUL!!If you could pay with cash I suggest you do!! I payed with my debit and I saw the young black girl take a picture of my debit with her phone. I immediately called my bank to cancel. Fast forward a few months. I forgot about the picture incident and payed with a new debit. 2 days later I checked my bank statement to see 4 UBER transactions!! I made a few calls and turns out the person who ordered the UBER was picked up and dropped off at this location. Spoke to the manager who asked many questions, said she was going to speak to the general manager and neither got back to me so unsure of the outcome. Check your bank statements after visiting this place!

I think there was one person doing everything? He was great, but there was no way he could give adequate service alone.Wait time was excessive, fries were not quite crispy enough, he had to go back for napkins and ketchup. His attitude was great. I hope he sticks with it and gets more help!

Apparently, there was a new person training, but didn't have anyone standing with him. We ordered and very little was correct. We were given an Oreo shake instead of the chocolate one ordered (and that was after I went to the counter because they forgot the shake entirely) and the diet Coke and small fries weren't even on the receipt (I had been asked if I wanted the items separately or as a meal. I asked for separately). No one was smiling. Terrible place.

i was a former employee at burger king. I'm writing because i was disrespected by a few shift leaders and wih the boss as well vanessa zampira. 1. very disrespectful to the employees. 2. she don't respect the employees and there job. she tells them they are shitty there work is shitty. 3. threathening employees to go to work on there day off and if they don't she terminates you. 4. she says she's tired of hiring teenagers needs more adults. and yet she still hiring teenagers which that don't make sense. i believe that vanessa should not be working there as a general manager.she's poor at her work. she sits down all day on her chair when she comes in very lazy. collecting 50 hours a week just to sit on a chair. she talks and swears at her own employees. she's keeping lazy workers and firing the hard workers . which i don't understand that either. also because of hiring alll theese teenagers with no experience at all to become shift leaders for one. also because they are teenagers none of them have respect for the adults and any customer that comes in lobby or drivethru. customers get disrtespected yelled at lied too getting orders mixed up fighting swearing at them not giving the proper change back. employees walking aroud with guns on them while at work. so who ever reads this don't go to this burger king on 3219 so. 27th . you get teated poorly the food is bad. bad service and always lied too. never apply at this burger king. why because i was a former employee who worked for vanesss zampira who is general manager. watch out for her she is very disrepectful to her employees. also she has a bad habbit of telling her own employees they are shit ther job is shitty and you suck at what you do. when you get spoken to like that should you still be working there. i'll let you guys answer that.
