“I recently had the opportunity to visit Auto Collision due to a scratch on my vehicle. Without an appointment I stopped in, showed the technician the scratch and asked if they could repair. He said yes, quoted me a price and that they could do the repair right then and it would only take about 15 minutes. They delivered. They did a great job. “I'm thankful for the patience, kindness, and understanding that Chloe and Ryan offered throughout this process. Our insurance company was being less than helpful, unresponsive, and gave us wrong information about the process. There was a huge miscommunication and delay in getting the work started because of it. Chloe and Ryan helped us more than the insurance adjuster assigned to our claim when it came to explaining things and walking us through the process. They went above and beyond to smooth out a situation that they were unfortunately forced to play middle man in. We could not be happier with the work that was performed, the attention to detail that was given, and the amazing communication with keeping us updated. “These people saved my life....they installed/ fixed my window and it was freezing temps outside....they are a salvage yard but the guy was able to fix my issue within 30 mins. Thanks!! Update—- they did fix my window but it broke again two months later-so not sure if they gave me another one or just patched the old one-either way they will fix what you need don’t expect it to last- I went on Amazon and bought a new window switch for $18…”
