Apparently they don’t care about their customers. I have a friend who bought there car from them. It started leaking coolant and when she brought it back to them they told her she was SOL. They could help her it was bought as is

I brought a little Mazda never had a Mazda before but it was okay looking at the price was good the salesman told me he had one and that it was very reliable fast forward to now I realized he told the truth I have had this car for months only having to do routine maintenance and it's running like a champ I'm looking into getting an extra car because I have a big family I will definitely be back to purchase another car soon.

We bought a used CRV from Car King. Within the first two weeks we had a transmission error code. It required a new transmission for $3,000!? We took it to multiple dealerships to confirm this. Austin made us take it to his mechanic since he wanted a second opinion. They confirmed it needed a new transmission and Austin did nothing to cover the cost. We also needed to replace the rear brakes and calipers. The rear brake pads had no pads left. The rear caliper was seized. I have had over $4,000 of work into an $8,000 car within 1 month. There were no brake or transmission issues disclosed on the buyer's guide. Buyer beware of buying a car at Car King! You will have no support from them. Don't trust the buyer's guide disclosures.

Do NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY!
My car broke down a couple weeks after I purchased the car and they won't repair it, they will tell you they sold it as is to you.
They do not care about their customers, they just want to sell you a lemon.
If you don't buy the warranty package with your vehicle they will NOT cover.

I bought my 2018 Chevy Cruze from Austin and his team at Car King yesterday. It was the smoothest process that I’ve ever had with buying a car. I came in knowing what I was looking for, and they had exactly that. Since the moment I stepped into the building, they were kind and helpful. Definitely a trustworthy place. Will 100% recommend them to anyone buying a car!

I was trying to buy a car from them, but they stopped responding to my emails when I asked reasonable questions about an AC repair and getting a copy of the car fax. Then a bunch of other people told me they get their cars from auction and don't really vet them properly. I think if you have the means to finance, it's probably better you go somewhere else.
