The facility offers a great operation with easy arrival and departure, though the main entrance is currently closed due to construction. Visitors must use the back entrance, accessed via specific routes like turning right at Canal Street or taking exit 309B off I-94. The front gate is open, but the back entrance is not. One reviewer had a smooth experience, checking in early and receiving documents by 8:00 AM, but advises not to sit in the truck—check the trailer personally, as no one called and the trailer was empty. Another gave 5 stars for a drop and hook, praising the overnight parking with a porta john and the ungodly amount of space, with empty and loaded lots next to each other. However, the facility is closing permanently in April, and a road closed sign requires going around it. Overnight parking is available and appreciated, with 5 stars for that convenience.

Fantastic staff here from guard to shipping/recieving. No construction at entrance as of 7/3/2025, so, easy arrival/departure. Great operation.

5 stars for a drop and hook. Overnight parking with a porta John. For being in a major city this place has an ungodly amount of space, empty lot and loaded lot right next to each other. Beyond easy experience coming here.
