Pretty good experience.Miscommunication with myself and the owner over a few things, but he did try to fix what wasn't his fault, so I understand once my wife explained it better loll. Overall though I'll definitely go back and refer more people..Mary was great also.

They made a complicated insurance claim easy. Mary, the customer service rep was wonderful and went above and beyond the call. My car was repaired on time and correctly. While I hope I never have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I came here to get my car fixed after it got backed into. They fixed the door but I was not happy with the paint job. They ‘corrected’ twice and still not satisfied. The paint job had bubbles, and indents all over. After stating my discontent the second time, I was told that is simply how it is. That even brand new cars come like this. The paint job will never be clean. In the end they just sanded out the indents (probably dirt particles stuck to the paint) and gave it back to me- with streaks of the sanding on the door. I went to another shop and had it corrected. No indents or bubbles.Other issues- when I got my car back there was finger marks and dirt in my car upholstery. Also there was an awful smell in my car that took months to get out. All of this leads me to believe their shop and staff is not clean nor do they care for customer service.Services: Painting

They were very friendly and able to take care of my car in a reasonable timeframe! I will definitely be back and highly recommended you try them out. I don’t normally do reviews but I was honestly impressed by this company. I used them to evaluate my car after an accident for my car insurance company.

I would 1000/10 recommend this auto repair shop! I contacted numerous auto body repair shops in the Milwaukee area all booked out weeks to months in advance who told me even then the parts I needed couldn’t be acquired for weeks beyond that. I went in to CarStar Miller and showed them a previous estimate and the owner came out and said no problem, told me he could get me the parts in 2 days so had me come in on a Friday and promised it would be done the following Wednesday (I was a week away from needing to relocate to Minnesota and hoped to have my car fixed before this drive). I was cautiously optimistic and took my car in that Friday and was reassured throughout the entire process that they had my back and would help me make sure I was ready to go. I received text updates the whole time on where things were at in the process and officially received the completed call EARLY that Wednesday that was promised. If I could give a 100/10 I would because the customer service between the front desk and the owner taking such great care of me and were kind and understanding of my time crunch predicament. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any business. One star is way too many. They damaged my car in several ways, and treated me worse than trash after they had my business and money. They killed my battery and electrical system by leaving the doors and trunk open for a month, then refused to fix or acknowledge it. They cut my window tint, causing that to need to be replaced, the paint blending was terrible, they had the vehicle for a month and communicated status update only once. They were rude and abrasive and usually not even in the shop. No backup or supervision, no one to help the secretary who was throwing up at work several times during her shift with no help due to being sick. I asked three times to pull my rental into the shop to transfer things into my vehicle which they said was a good idea, then they brought my car out in the pouring rain and parked it on the opposite side of the lot from me, open, to transfer my things and disappeared while I was asking them about it. Transferring my things for 20 minutes in the pouring rain left both vehicles soaked, they said to just trust them with the rental, no receipt, checkin, pictures or verification. My car had interior damage and electrical damage, they billed the insurance double the cost, couldn't communicate and their inspections and certifications were expired by 3 years. There are so many places to do business with your vehicle, this would be the worst one you could choose.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting CARSTAR Miller Auto Body to have my back bumper replaced and the paint on my car repaired following an accident. I must say, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish!First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Mary, who provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
