Hmm. As a child I used to wonder... As an adult I still do much the same. The question for myself is not where to bank, it's how to bank.

The managers here were pretty rude. I came in and asked about Chase being the world's second largest funder of fossils fuels, since I am concerned about climate change. They had zero patience for my question.

Worst bank i have ever dealt with. Call various branches and all you get are recordings and can't get to a human. Have been waiting 1 1/2 months for $300 from deceased brothers savings account

Beautiful building. Glass walls but a quiet environment, it was very pleasing. I was able to do everything I needed, banking-wise. I even got an older fee waived! I really appreciated the help from Heidi. Smart, professional, and helpful- I'm looking forward to coming back next time.

I've always been greeted by name and with a smile from the front door all the way to the teller window. All of the employees are very professional, and very efficient at what they do to provide top level customer service.

Fix the drive thru ATM...Every day it seems to be offline and service industry people depend on to deposit cash tips especially on the weekends. Walking all the way over for it to be off is extremely frustrating

Every team member is always (ALWAYS!) so friendly and helpful. The greeter at the front and the tellers - it’s like family. Thank you!

Given the tumultuous nature of the past couple of years it is no surprise these days you run into someone less than enthusiastic about their job on a daily basis. I'm beyond happy to report that is NOT the case when it comes to the lovely Jodie Johnson. Her bubbly and light attitude is both infectious and undeniable. I've had the pleasure of interacting with her on two transactions thus far one of them being my first time in the downtown branch which admittingly was a bit intimidating, both times I left with not only a smile on my face but with a more positive outlook on everything going on these days.Any Chase customer who interacts with Jodie is sure to remain for the long haul, I know I am. Thanks again Jodie!

Literally the worst bank ever! My card was never delivered and they made me come to the branch five times already to verify my identity. They did not even offer to help with card delivery, and my card to this day is still missing…DO NOT choose this bank

I ordered merchandise online and received a letter informing me that I'd receive my product in 20+ weeks. (scam alert). I immediately called my "bank" to see what could be done. Chase informs me that there is NOTHING that they could do to help me. It was a sizable purchase so now my holidays are trashed. Even though Chase claims to not have the right to recover the money at least do something for the customer. You guys make a ton of money by holding our money in your bank. I've had it with these banks. I can stake my savings at crypto.com and earn 6% paid weekly. That beats the crap out of Chase bank or ANY bank. I'll be moving my money after the new year. Chase bank has made it abundantly clear...THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Chase We have been with Chase Bank for 45 years and have most of our accounts there including checking, credit cards, our mortgage, and my retirement accounts. I have never been treated by ANYONE IN MY WHOLE LIFE like I was just treated today, 12/18/21. We went into the Franklin office for a simple transfer from my IRA to our checking account. The first officer could not open the required transaction forms on his computer so he asked his associate to help. This has already taken 15 to 20 minutes. As we went over to her cubicle, he put his coat on and left early. Coincidence? I think the whole thing went south we she asked me why I was asking for the withdrawal/ transfer. She didn't like my response which was because it's my money? She never explained that there are certain categories the form requires the request be assigned to. And the transaction went down hill from there. Next we were told that because it was a weekend, the transfer was not real time and would take place on Monday after she faxed the documents in. FAXED? In this day and age? Are you kidding me? FAXED!! So we were given the choice of waiting 10 minutes for a printed fax confirmation or we could go without it. About the time when I asked her if she could email the confirmation to us we were told no, and asked to leave her cubicle and eventually the building because she didn't appreciate our attitude. So, we left and I'll bet you anything, when we check on Monday, it will not have been done. Ms. DD you don't have the temperament to serve your customers in a competent or professional manner. Quite frankly, you would be better suited asking people if they want fries with their burgers. Maybe you could handle that! We will see if you transferred OUR money on Monday and then start looking for a new bank! Hopefully one that promotes competency and demands employees prioritize great customer service. This Chase branch has no concept of that!! They don't deserve your business!
