No all up ATM, had to stand outside in the only two drive up ATMs with a like of cars in a blizzard. Closed early with no warning, probably due to weather. Have a WALK UP 24/7 ATM!

The branch itself is modern, which is great, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. We showed up at 5:15p (branch closes at 6p) and there were two people ahead of us in line to see a banker (we were there to open an additional account). We put our name on the list and at 5:25p were told that they wouldn't be able see us today and that we should make an appointment for a different day.

Fix the ATm or close it off!! how long do people need get frustrated waiting in line for over 10 min b/c you havent fixed it!! Its been months!! Super bull$&@- that people in a lower income area have to deal with this booty branch! it gives an impression of a Racist agenda! In Tosa and Downtown the branches have all been updated! This one the manager cant even rope it off and turn off rhe ATM light to show people it isnt working! Get it together, especially after you "We Dont Tolerate Racism" letter to the public. Do you even know what racism is, its doing LESS in communities that need more!! HELLO!!

This a pretty standard Chase Bank branch. We went in to speak to a personal banker, which only took about a 15 minute wait, after signing in on their waitlist. I think everyone at this branch spoke English and Spanish and were friendly. There are plenty of drive-thru banking lanes and tellers. But given we were going in, we had to park in the lot. The lot is the only real negative as its a weird shape adjoining a alley with the alley and the lot not well defined. There are only a 5-6 parking spots, but we were lucky to find one. If I had back to this branch, I'd likely just find a spot on the street.

Worse service ever!!! Took 30min to just cash a check from chase!! I don’t know if they are trying to save on labor but they DEFINITELY need more workers.
