I visited chase bank today to open a personal account, the staff were very helpful and professional, they scheduled me an appointment for tomorrow, as they handle account openings by appointment. I appreciate how organized and respectful the process was. Looking forward to completing everything tomorrow. Thank you, Chase!

Couldn't cash my paper check! Needed 2 forms of ID. 1. with photo ID and the other: to match with name issued on check. Even though, the check was issued by Chase bank. Not! a bank member. I was not happy. 🫤
