Had a wonderful experience with this location. Came in to open an account with Chase and everything just went perfectly. Samuel Zandi greeted us right away and offered his help. He was so patient answering all our questions and recommending most efficient ways. He gave us so many good tips on managing our accounts and credits. Very knowledgeable and professional person. We will be recommending all our friend to visit Samuel with their questions

As a chase costumer for the past decade they are really falling off. Every single branch in the city of Milwaukee never has any working atms ! How do you have all these fees and solar panels and no working atms ! Also I recently ordered Colombian pesos and when I came back from from vacation 2 weeks later they would not take my money exchange back because Not one employee knew how to count it. I came back when the manager was there and they would only accepted it for 30 US dollars but when I left 2 weeks prior it was worth 300.

The girl in the drive thru (tip?) is SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. But judging by all of the reviews for this location, I see it’s a common occurrence and Chase is A-OK with her representing their business this way. Even the manager was rude. Avoid this location if you can, I’ll be letting my corporate office know how they treat their business customers.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I have a business account with them over 12 year and every time when I need cash withdraw they won't let me that amount. How come if another branch can do it for me, only here is always some problem. Or if they say yes, we'll give you $10k, but every time small bills even if I told PLEASE HUNDREDS ONLY! Because of this kind of staff and employees in this bank I will have to close my business account with them and will open it in another bank...!

Don’t trust this bank. They ended up calling me on Friday April 21. The employee told me that there was a suspicious purchase made in my bank account. Then he insisted to ask for my pin to take care of the issue but that he would leave my card open and just change the pin. Next thing I know they started to withdraw all my money in multiple withdrawals of 100 to the point they left me with nothing in my bank account. I been trying to contact the fraud department and all they tell me is that is not fraud and that I took out the money with Apple Pay. Funny thing is I don’t even own an iPhone so how is it possible that I withdrew the money. On top of everything I haven’t been in Wisconsin since Wednesday April 20 2023. I’m pretty sure that all chase ATM’s have cameras. So I don’t understand how the fraud department can’t pull up the footage of their own cameras to see who pulled the money out. If I don’t get any assistance with this issue I will take it to the next level. Everyone please be careful with this branch.

I've had an average experience with this bank up until today. I was trying to make a simple deposit into my bank account and the teller at the window refused my deposit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to let me speak to anyone else. She was extremely rude and wasted like 20 minutes of my time. I ended up having to go inside and made the deposit easily. Not sure what was up with this lady but it's quite ridiculous as someone trying to give this bank money and someone who also invests In JP Morgan stock to see this type of behavior

Went to cash a payroll check here. I bank with another bank, but my payroll check was a chase check. They wanted to charge me $10 to cash the check just because I specifically don't have an account there even though my employer does. Will never be back here and I would never recommend going to anyone else either.

I was there is morning, while I was leaving I may possibly had damaged someone property. I say possibly because I wasn’t sure, I will call Monday and see if I actually backed into something. Because there’s no damage to my car, I believe I stopped before actually contacting it. Since you guys are closed today I will contact the branch Monday to make sure no one property was effected. This is the best branch in the Buisness. I live in Chicago illinios and my sister recently passed away and we went to bank around our area and none of them was able to get done what needed to be done. We drove to Wisconsin here and worked with Iva cuko when we got here everything was ready to go and so smooth. Come to this branch seriously and work with Iva !!!

Trying to open a checking account for my son but only have one banker not really good when you are trying to get people to come to your bank and this is the third one that I have tried today and can't do it online because he is in high-school like so frustrating

There is 2 lanes for the atm but only one atm there. Everytime I come to this atm there is 8-10 cars deep. It's frustrating when you are on a time frame and Chase can't seem to get it together. Come on Chase...what is the issue with the other Atm??

Had to make a cash withdrawal for my father, the ATM spit out a stack of 20's as thick as a Bible instead of large bills. Tried to go inside to get 100's, but the lines were very long and they only had 2 tellers working, and they were slow as hell! Then, as I am waiting in line, people kept skipping me, and the staff did nothing to fix this situation.Slow service, minimum staff, ATMs that doll out small bills for large withdrawals. Tried calling their number, the answering machine reply was very snotty. It said 'goodbye' at the end in a manner that I'd say sounds like a small child smarting off to their parents.

Horrible service i ever had in bank branch experience
