The employees are very rude, in order to make a transaction or open an account you have to make an appointment for the following week, they put on the bows to provide customer service, so it is better to change banks.

ATMs here are never not working . You have to wait in long lines to use 1 of the 2 if you get lucky and 1 is working. I have to drive out of my way considering I get off work and the bank is closed . Very inconvenient.

My employee tried to cash legit payroll check. The banker blew her off and denied the cashing, with a "reason" stating "there is a lot of activity on this account". Correct, there is a lot of activity: i just paid 30 employees, and all trying to get paid. not all have banking accounts

The ATM never works, when one of the 4 lanes are open there's a huge line. If you can find parking, go inside and the ATM work inside.

I like it because they multiple cashiers windows open, a dedicated business line and 2 full service ATM's inside to either make payments or withdraw money. I was never made to feel like i did not matter due to there very helpful and friendly staff, considering it is 2x as far as my closest Chase Bank I will go out of my way. I also exclusively use the lobby.

I would rate you zero stars if I could! Closed and locked the doors early on a Friday because you have too many clients that come to use this location and apparently not enough staff to handle busy traffic.Edit: I change my review to -5 Stars (NEGATIVE 5) the traffic was so busy that their outside atm was emptied of cash. Talked to employees through the glass about the situation and gave no help because they were still inside. Looking to switch banks after today.

I was so disappointed with this branch for so long and today is over the limit. I have to speak up. So last week, I had went to to open a checking account for my brother and sister to credit card and one of the customer representative told me that “we are full now and you need to come by next week and schedule appointments”. And we did listen and scheduled appointments next week which is today 11/29 at 10am. By the way we had waited for long time already it it 10:18. But when I went there and the same customer representative he said yes I shedule for you today. And the other banker came up with frustration on her face and immediately told me that we will do accommodate for you. I said what do you mean by doing accommodations? We had shedule appointments please go and check. The fact is she is not willing to help at at all. And she is very rude telling us that only one of you can do which js credit card because we don’t have time for anothe checking this and that. She is discriminating us and said no we not doing that and let me call superviser. The supervisor had come with the same rude and disrespectful attitude anf frustration and told us that let do scheduling again at 11:30. I said no!!! What do you mean scheduling again? We had Schulz already and why again? When I said no one more time, and we want to do right now because we schedule for today. She said we can’t help you!!!! With the rude attitude and disrespectful manner!! I said okay, but you are very rude to and we immediately leave from branch. Because we respect our time and whoever is disrespectful with us we won’t tolerate this!! We will never come this branch again. This bad employees who doesn’t have a skill or any customer service or any experience. I don’t understand who hire all the banker specially supervisor. What are rude and careless and unresponsibke workers!! We are not coming back around these people. They not even deserve no star.

Have been trying to make an appointment to open a savings account for my son for a month. Every time I call this branch, no matter what time of the day I call, it goes to voicemail and online there is no support to assist.
