I love Citi Trends it's 1 of my favorite stores of all time. They also remodeled our stores here In Milwaukee which makes the franchise way more appealing.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! First off, it says open at 11. It’s 11:25 and I pulled, knocked, and waved and the employees acted as though the did not see anyone while they continued to talk and laugh amongst one another. There were 2 employees who did not have the proper or common decency to let the people know why they weren’t open or opening. I completely understand that since the pandemic things have changed and been more challenging for those who do show up to work and I get that it can be a lot of weight to carry, but come on! We have to do better as people. One of the employees was seen entering the building at 10:30. So, I decided to wait because the item I needed was there and for a decent price for work. I now remember why I stopped shopping here a few years ago, you can’t find businesses in the inner city that have good customer service anymore. I will continue going on the outskirts even it it means paying $100 for a shirt. :-(

Not the place to shop if you cannot get around under your own power. Clothing options are ok, but it's the customer service for me.
