Absolutely horrible! Would not recommend for loans! Ngozie the loan processor never answers her phone! It’s taken more than 2 weeks just to get a pre approval. Instead of emailing documents she makes you come in or mail them…causing the process to take much longer than it should! Ngozie needs to be fired she’s horrible! She made my friends come into the bank just to “interview” them and waited 2 weeks later to have them come back to the bank to fill out a credit application when they should have done it the first time they came. It seems as if she discriminates on who she chooses to work with for loans.

Does not report to the credit bureau. Very unprofessional bitter staff. Everyone is so rude. No one smiles or greets you. They need a complete different staff. They are all burned out. Ngozie the lady who does loans treat people very rude. She speaks to you without any friendliness and does nothing to try to help. She seems to enjoy creating hurdles for the members. Very high interest rates and will not refinance you. Go to a reliable professional credit union.

I have been a customer at Columbia Savings since I was 11 years old with a paper route. I have never been more proud of an organization it is a great place to save. The staff Anthony, Carol Mr. Gary and others are great people. I saved my first dollar at CSL and plan to save my last there.

Columbia Saving is an excellent financial Institution. A great family based Savings and loan that I love to do business with. go in and see me great staff and meet Mr. Anthony Rhodes. He took excellent care of me. A business where I feel comfortable. I highly recommend using this institution

Local African American owned savings and loan. Still use passbooks for savings accounts.
