Greg put himself through a lot for me even though he knew I wasn't going to be able to patronize his business. Talked through my personal project with me, and even just GAVE me a free tube of thermal paste when I asked if he had any on hand; wouldn't even take my money when I tried to pay!
You can't buy customer service like that (Literally)!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Greg. I contacted this company specifically because the reviews were stellar. The reviews could not have prepared me! I had a laptop that I should have taken in when it was first having issues (be warned, he'll kindly tell you to bring it in when it should be brought in (early!) Greg was not only very knowledgeable, but he was also authentic, hilarious and endearing. And on top of that, while we chatted for 45 minutes, he fixed my computer that I was thinking going to have to be replaced entirely. And didn't CHARGE me for it! AND they have Godiva chocolates for customers. COME ON! I will go to them for all future fixes and new laptop needs, no question. THANK YOU SO MUCH, GREG!

I was having an issue with my laptop, so I called and talked to an individual named Greg to make an appointment. I explained what the problem was and he gave me some advice over the phone. Lo and behold, it worked! Rather than have me come into the store with my laptop and perform an expensive diagnostic, Greg took the time out of his schedule to guide me through the process for what turned out to be a rather simple solution to my issue. You don't find customer service like this very often, anywhere. Thank you again! HIGHLY recommended!

Had a relatively minor issue with my laptop and was afforded just as much time and attention as if this were a larger problem or was looking to purchase. This is a wonderful and rare quality to find in businesses these days. Honest and up front. Don't hesitant to contact Greg whether looking for repair or replacement, won't regret it. Greg went above and beyond with helping in selecting a computer system that would be right for my 10yr old to do homework and school work on made sure everything was right and ready to go 10/10 experience definitely would recommend and shop with him again

Great place to go for anything pc. Great prices and communication. Went there and got my new pc built for gaming and I couldn’t be happier with it. They were fast and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this place first over other pc places I’ve been 100%.
