The gal working at 12:05pm CT on 2/2/24 was extremely rude. I ended up paying and not getting my food and refused a refund. She even turned her back to me and put her finger up and starting acting busy. I waited (along with others) over 20 min and none of us got our food in a 20 min period. I paid for food not received as I was about to miss my flight/boarding. I am a business owner and I would never have a girl like that working for me. In the end I have no sub and out $20+ bucks. She also took my receipt.

Awful! The lady made my order completely wrong, was on her phone, attitude, awful service. Asked for no onion or tomato. She gave me extra onions, no cheese, no lettuce. And WAY overpriced! Do better!

Just finished my highly satisfying and substantial 7.5in double cheese steak sandwich. Figured I'd write a review while waiting for my flight. Five star sandwich even if this weren't airport food. My husband's turkey sandwich was equally full of favor and substance. I wish all airport food were this good. Maybe it's because they weren't busy (Xmas eve, after all) the wait was minimal and the service was good.

Overpriced. Forgot to make our order even though there were no other customers and we were standing right there. Coffee was cold ..rather than refund our money, they said they'd microwave it. Gal didn't know how to use the microwave. Nasty tasting breakfast subs. Two coffees and subs totalled $25...so NOT worth it.

Our family & I were highly disappointed to find out they open at 5am when online said they are from 4:30a-8p daily. Was excited to try their breakfast subs. Please update your hours online

This is for the location near C10. The girl working there clearly didn't want to work. She asked customers to come back since she is too busy making one order or curds. No greeting. No thank you. Just played with her phone. They need to hire someone better.

Bad service, food took forever it's the airport I get it but come on I got skipped over when I had ordered before someone . Don't take QR codes so you can't use the app for any deals. Talking under their breathe swearing around customers.

If you need a breakfast sandwich it's an okay place to go. They use their regular sub bread which is pretty crumbly and gets all over the place The sandwich is average at best. It was 7.49 today. I'd suggest you cut it in half and share it so that makes it a better deal!Service was fast. The food was probably microwaved. No ambiance as it's a walk-thru place- order, wait then leave

THE ABSOLUTE WORST ESTABLISHMENT IN THE AIRPORT!!! PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN! WILL BE SURE TO SEND SAME COMPLAINT TO WHOEVER DECIDES WHICH EATERIES SHOULD BE AT THE AIRPORT! I GET TO THE LINE AT 3:10PM ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE’S NO TURKEY!!! THEN I REQUEST A CHEESE STEAK AND AM TOLD I CAN’T ORDER ONE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO MAKES THEM IS ON BREAK. THERE’S ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THE AREA WITH A LONG LINE!! HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF TURKEY AT A SUB PLACE??? HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ADEQUATE STAFF TO PREPARE THE FOOD ON THE MENU?? A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

$11.58 for a flatten piece of yesterdays bread. Didn't bother to tell me when I ordered they are out of lettuce, so I get day old bread 3 pieces of meat and some onions! WTF???? So hangry on my flight It would be great to tell customers this before they order

I'm a big fan of cousins subs, but the airport location is a disappointment. I think the bread was 3 days old. Our plan was to get a sub for lunch on our flight, but next time I'll pick up something on my way to the airport.

The worst Cousins experience ever. After waiting 20 minutes - Ordered Turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, Mayo, extra cucumbers, and oil. We received no toppings & no vegetables - just a surprise dry turkey - cheese before our flight. Come to find out there were other people next to us with the same issue. 8 people working at this location. (the most people I have every seen at a Cousins location and they still can’t get their act together. )

Some of the worst and most unprofessional employees I've experienced. As an employee of the airport, Cousins subs is often one of my stops for lunch. The workers are always to busy talking on the phone with their air pods their in ears. They hardly acknowledge your presence, myself and others have stood at the register for over 5 minutes while the workers blatantly ignore you, not to mention the wait time is always 10-20 minutes for 1 sub. They are often short staffed. I am constantly hearing unprofessional language, rudeness to customers, and a lack of customer service. Not the ideal place to grab lunch before catching a plane, you will be late!
