False advertising about free phone when I went to the store they weren't open and I switched from Boost and was with them for 20 years! I couldn't find get my Iphone for free I might switch again

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR PHONE HERE!!! I purchased a Cricket phone from this location on Saturday and attempted to return it on Monday in like-new condition within 7 days of purchase per the Cricket return policy listed on the receipt and was met with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE and flat-out REFUSED to accept the return and his reason for NOT accepting the return was that his boss told him not to accept returns. The clerk NEVER looked at the phone and COMPLETELY IGNORED the return policy listed on the receipt. At the time, there was NOTHING posted in the store stating, “no refunds.” The store clerk’s boss was NOT present, and the clerk kept refusing to contact his manager for assistance after I REPEATEDLY asked him to call his boss so he could assist in this matter. The store clerk FINALLY gave in and called “his boss” and would NOT let me speak to “his boss” and after he spoke to who he claimed was “his boss” over the phone, the store clerk REPEATED that they DID NOT accept returns and offered NO EXPLANATION. Even after I called Cricket Customer Care in the store and explained the situation, the store clerk STILL REFUSED to accept the return and would not offer the Cricket Customer Care Representative a valid explanation for not accepting the return except that his boss told him not to accept returns.We have to STOP PATRONIZING these businesses in our community that are ran by people who take our money but show us little to NO RESPECT! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION EVEN IF IT’S A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY. THIS STORE DOES NOT DESERVE OUR MONEY!
