Highly recommend this location! I came to this location because it was the only store that had an I-Phone 16 in stock the day I finally had a chance to switch back over to Cricket. I’m glad I landed at this location! Gabby, the manager, was super helpful, friendly, and patient w my whole process of switching companies and trans info from my old phone. The whole staff was super friendly!
I also love that while we had down time when the phone was syncing, she naturally jumped over to help other customers pay their bill and get things done - no one was ever stuck waiting for a while w these pro-active team members. I also enjoyed chatting with her while we waited. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location whenever I need anything. Tell Dave I said 10/10 service!
Also - as far as Cricket goes…I’d switched to Verizon thinking it would help me get better reception around the outside of my place of employment which is important for what I do. As it turns out, it’s a patchy dead zone for all providers. I knew I wanted to come back to Cricket as soon as I found that out! Had multiple issues and delays with Verizon’s processes w things as well. My reception is good w/Cricket (except for dead zones for all carriers) and my bill is less than half as much per month. Treat yourself to some extra cash savings per month with Cricket.

Excellent service when I walked in. Gabrielle was very kind and helpful trying to get a new phone. She answered every question I had to asked, definitely coming to this location and more often because of her.

Went into the store for service on a Monday and was met with a smell of marijuana from one of the workers, I believe she was the manager(Puerto Rican). The smell was sooooo potent I had to leave the store because I had a headache. I thought you guys sold phones not marijuana

After AT&T scammed me out of a lot of money, I decided to switch to Cricket. I came into the store, and Janine helped me. She was helpful, prompt, and empathetic. I got in and out in 15 minutes, didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, and my phone works fine. Definitely recommend anyone who feels dissatisfied with their current cell service to come here
