Aaron is a wonderful mgr at 76th and Oklahoma facility in Milwaukee WI. He has always offered to assist me with any concerns or help that I may need. In this day and age it is hard to find people with good work ethic. Thank you Aaron for being one of those rare people!! Much appreciation!! Jamie

I have been trying to get my stuff out of the 3rd floor for a few months now, because I'm sick of paying $170.00. My rate has increased so much over a couple years. But since August the elevator has been down due to the flood we had. I can't get my big heavy stuff down all those stairs. And now the garage bays are broke...AGAIN! When asked about the elevators, they said hopefully early November 𤬠So they are just taking more money from me for another month. Stay away

Have to duplicate what others have said in the last few months. Elevators have been out of service for a month and a half, no way to get a hold of the property manager. Trying to work with corporate, but we were locked out because we disputed our payment because we cannot access our items.

I strongly caution anyone considering renting at Storage Rentals of America . In August 2025, the facility experienced a massive flood that damaged over 180 units, including mine. Despite being sold on their āTenant Protection Plan,ā I later learned flood damage is excluded. They still required me to go through the painful process of documenting every single item and assigning values, only to ultimately deny my claim. It feels like they knew this outcome in advance but went through the motions anyway, wasting tenantsā time when many of us lost thousands of dollars in property.
To make matters worse, the facility itself has been poorly maintained since the flood. The elevator has been out of order for weeks, and the garage doors for vehicle access are unreliable and work only sporadically, making loading and unloading a frustrating experience.
This is not just about an āact of natureā ā itās about how SROA treats customers in the aftermath. Transparency, accountability, and proper facility upkeep are sorely lacking. Upper management needs to address these systemic issues and to have some decency by not leaving tenants out to dry when disasters strike.

Storage Rentals of America has been great ā clean, secure, and easy to access. What really sets this place apart is the manager, Aaron. Heās professional, friendly, and always willing to help with whatever you need. You can tell he takes pride in the place. Highly recommend this location if you want a well-run, hassle-free storage experience.

I would like to just say thank you to SCOTT district manager for getting everything sorted out and fixing the situation. The way Scott handled the situation every manager should do so professional respectful and apologized for others mistakes when he didnāt have to! If it wasnāt for the conversation with Scott I would have gotten my items out and never again would I have done business with the company! Thanks again Scott!

I have had a Storage Unit for over 1 year, longer than I expected at Highwood Estates. Initially, Tina was the Manager and provided very good service. She called me one day after I had just left to inform me my Unit was not locked correctly.
Recently I needed to rent an additional small Unit and Aaron waited for me to check out the Unit, prior to paying for it. I feel very comfortable every time I need to check out my Unit. I feel safe knowing that only registered Members have access to the Facility. I have recommended this location to many friends. KK

This is the worst customer service!! I booked specifically a first floor 5x10 unit I get there to move my stuff in today I couldnāt find the unit we walked the whole first floor nope not on the first floor some guys there told me itās in the basement!! Had to call and ask why, its NOT what I paid for. We found one open I called and they said they only had one that was larger for $100 um nooo I booked one for $80 a month. We said we are taking the we found 10x 5 that was open .Iām waiting for management to call me I want at least 2 months free rent for an hour of wasted time to move my things and the friends I had there to help me wasted there time too! Also the office was closed to ask anyone anything. The 76th and Oklahoma location.
