Never a bad experience

This pharmacy is really frustrating. Paul (pharmacist) is great - helpful, friendly and great service. Everyone else I've interacted with has been pretty bad. Other pharmacists, techs etc are rude, not concerned with patient support or customer service and they regularly open 5-10min late. I've pretty much only had bad to awful experiences outside of Paul.

Every time I have been to this pharmacy this indecent in empathetic tech is an asshole to me and completely rude for absolutely no reason. I'm usually a very pleasant person to customer service but to get anything done at this pharmacy you have to be rude back. I think he deserved to be fired. I have diabetes so I have dealt with many prescriptions and by far this is the worst experience.

I wish I could do a zero or less. Went at 2 pm to fill a prescription for my son, who has pneumonia mind you, and they say the prescription status is still pending. It is now 7pm and the pharmacy is closed. Not to mention the HUGE TURD of a pharmacy technician who was so wrongfully rude when I asked about my sick sons prescription. What a horrible joke of a place. My son will just continue to get more and more sick without meds as I now have to wait until 9 am tomorrow to get his prescription. Thank you CVS pharmacy worker &@*!#!

Pharmacy review...miserable experience. The tech had a snippy attitude and was far from helpful. I am happily switching back to my previous pharmacy that exemplifies exception care and customer service. NO to CVS pharmacy!

I had trouble with the co-pay that I was supposed to pay for a prescription at the CVS on Hampton Ave. so I called the CVS on Downer and spoke with the pharmacist there. His name is Pat and he rotates his work there, but he is phenomenal at customer service. He called the pharmacist at the CVS on Hampton and educated him on how to fill a prescription. Pat was so professional it was unbelievable. I have not had that kind of customer service anywhere in years! 5 Stars for Pat!

Dan Sass is the phamacist that helped me tonight. I was picking up a prescription that was $287.00 (with my insurance). Dan told me to go online and look for a coupon. I filled out the coupon form and received a drug card which Mr. Sass used to lower the cost to $38.00. He is awesome. It took a few extra minutes to make this happen. He is the BEST! Thank you.

Just a regular old CVS, the staff is nice and helpful though.
