I like my local CVS, staff is good natured and they typically stock all of the household necessities when you don't feel like hassling with a giant store.

I have been using this pharmacy for sometime and usually go thru drive-thru. I called the pharmacy today with a question and man that answered was rude, unfriendly and abrupt. I picked up prescriptions thru drive thru and women who assisted me was just as rude, hostile & unfriendly and no thank you! When I have been inside of store inside is not ver nice and displays and product selection is limited. They seem to be very short staffed. I will be changing pharmacies.

My prescription was to be refilled on January 7th or so. January 25th..no prescription yet. First it was my insurance number was wrong, then they needed the Dr Authorization which was done but they didn't have it. When they got it, I then needed the insurance authorization. I have been going back and forth between 3 agencies to get my prescription without much success due to CVS never having or getting the proper papework. I then received my letter from the insurance approving the prescription, so I called CVS again as to when I can pick it up. Now they said they need the Dr's authorization. How can an insurance company approve a med without the Dr asking for it with an authorization, and they previously said they had it. Apparently, the insurance company's approval was not enough..it even listed the Dr's name and the name of the med. So back and forth we go again. Depending on who answers the phone, you get a differenct reason why they can't fill my prescription. I have been having this prescription filled for about 5 years. I never met a bunch of ill-prepared, unconcerned, and ineffecient people in my life. This includes the pharmacists that work there. They can't seem to get their act together. My insurance company and doctor actually had my hospital fill my prescription to bypass the incompetence at CVS. The pharmacist also told me that my prescription name changed because they added a molecule.. so that was the problem....Huh? I guess I should have known this location was going to the dogs when you see an empty parking lot. I see they changed their lunch hours again. They used to be closed for two hours for lunch. Another problem with this location happened when I walked in the store and nobody was there. I seen the soda guy stacking bottles and asked him where everyone was. He said probably in the back of the store. I walked around and no one was there. I decided to try the bathroom. I opened the door and said "Hello". What sounded like a young girl said something like "I'm pregnant". OK, so no one is minding the cash register or the customers who may walk in. That was a bit disturbing that there was only one person in the store and she was using the bathroom. How is that acceptable? They do have frequent staff turnover..I can't imagine why. Who would want their daughter working in a pharmacy that has drugs and be there by herself? Who at CVS allows that?

Great service at the pharmacy. I came to fill my dog's prescription and the guy I talked to was really friendly and helpful. He asked the pharmacist about the prescription and ended up recommending another place we can get it filled for a third of the price.

I changed on one pharmacy to CVS the pharmacy is nice and dependable and they really honest answers they do take a lunch break so they're closed for a half hour during the day and they have the little store inside CVS kind of like a Dollar tree they also have things for over the counter card I think you take forward card they have an ATM machine but not working well handicap parking handicap entrance with wheelchair sliding doors to drive throughs the first one closest to the window uses for the covid and the second one you put the stuff in the suction vacuum and you get good service at both windows all the workers there are very nice and I haven't had a problem at all in the last several years thank you CVS

Prescriptions being filled without my request (service is poor so I was going to have it changed to a diff pharmacy). Never can can get a script the same day when anything called in or sent over. Including antibiotics for my children. Always available the next day OR LATER. Store is filthy, generally expired product on shelves and in coolers. Lots of things I stocked. Bathrooms are like a corner gas stations bathroom. Now trying to call about script that was filled without my consent but I was very rudely stuck on hold (they picked up and very quickly said “please hold you are 6th caller”) and put on hold for 20 min then line just disconnected. Called back and already on hold another 15 min. Poor service, poor process. This location should close down. They are pointless

Worst pharmacy ever, even one star is too much. If you are sick and go to URGENT care you would expect your antibiotic to be ready and filled for pickup. Not here. You need to call them (be prepared to be put on hold) and ask them to "expedite" it. Ridiculous. They have tons of people "working" here, but nothing seems to get done. I switched pharmacies, haven't had any problems since.

Great service, and I greatly appreciated the extra help from the pharmacist in finding a coupon for a prescribed inhaler device for my son. Although my GoodRX coupon would have helped, she found one even better. Thank you so much! Many blessings to all who work and serve here!

When i first transfered my scripts from Walgreens i was very frustrated and about had it with taking my meds. I take 9 a day 7 multiple times. When i went to them two needed to be cut in half because thats the way the dr perscribed them. I asked the same for CVS as i did for Walgreens but got way BETTER response they not only are willing to do it EVERY month on that can not be scripted in a lower dose but they print out all the papers in large print so i can read it. Walgreens never offered any such thing and i had gone there for years. I now LOVE CVS and their above and beyond caring people. I am forever their cuatomer.
