Every single food item I get from here is expired. Need to do better on inventory checking pls! The cashiers are incredibly disrespectful and condescending. Need the franchise owners to step in and do something about this. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst CVS in the area by far. The manager refused to let me touch the deodorant, so I could read the label to see which type of Right Guard I was buying. They are on the bottom shelf, partially obscured by the case they are enclosed in. I am almost 70 years old, and couldn't read the labels of those products on the bottom shelf while I was standing. I was forced to get down on the floor to be able to read the label of the deodorants. Very demeaning and embarrassing. I'll never step foot in there again. There is a Walgreens across the street. I'll be going there in the future.

Unhelpful staff in the Pharmacy, always out of medication and they get mad when you call in on the prescription line cause if you leave a voicemail you’ll never hear back from them. Only pharmacy that won’t take a call from customers. No wonder why cvs is about to go under.

Went to minute clinic, that was fine. Tried to pick up the prescription that I got from the NP and was told they need to have an NP from a different location order it becuase they have my name wrong on their file (that I did not put there) and seemed deeply offended when I asked how long of a wait it would be. The pharmacists are rude and condescending when you ask for clarification on the policies they seemingly pull out of their ass and if there was a choice between coming back here or a slow and painful death I'd pick the second.

The inside of the store is fine...but the entry way and the exterior is dirty. There is trash around the building, quite an embarrassment to the neighborhood. The pharmacy was late to open at 9 a.m. then they pharmacy tech. was in a snit that I came to the window right when they rolled up the door. Sorry, I've already waited 15 minutes. I still have to use CVS for vaccinations and lasts minute prescriptions but everything else is moved to an online pharmacy. The people working in the pharmacy have forgotten that we are customers. Poor service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. From the manager to the employee. No one there is customer centric. Without going into details if you have business via money gram know ahead of time they only give you a max of $500.00 and the balance on a money order. If I was informed of that policy I would not have accepted the payment because she asked me if I wanted cash or money order, I informed her cash. Ashley is a manager there and absolutely horrible demeanor. They would not give me the name of the other manager who was mishandling the transaction stating giving a first name is against Hippa privacy laws. When asked is that CVS policy she stated yes at first and then later stated it was her decision. She began to raise her voice, throw her hands up, and walk away. The only great thing that happened good from this situation was meeting a customer name Quinn who confirmed they are absolutely terrible with their customer service and she decided not to shop there for the items she was ready to purchase. Do better. I am reporting this treatment to the Better Business Bureau as well. Not leaving feeling well as a customer at all. Visit Walgreens on Brady directly across the street. Not sure why they decided to keep this place open. Shut it down or at the least put your employees through a customer service training.

The pharmacy in particular has been nothing but helpful to me on multiple occasions at this point - prompt, respectful, friendly and organized it would seem. I hate leaving reviews no matter the circumstance however, noticing this location is not rated very highly, I figure I'd give them the nod. Don't fear the reviews, i think people have forgotten that this is a pharmacy in the city, I can't imagine the nonsense they deal with. Thank you again

Honestly, everybody is angry about the employees here…I find it incredibly frustrating that customers in the pharmacy do not know how to form a proper line and just stand in a herd

Un-believable. I attempted to by Zyrtec-D. This is a controlled over the counter drug that must be signed for by the consumer (me in this case). After I signed, agreeing to the terms which includes not purchasing again until after a certain amount of days, I tried to pay. As the payment transaction was processing the register inadvertently shut down. As we tried to pay again at another register, it again required me to sign. And yes, you guessed it, the system said I was not authorized since I had just “purchased” one. So, no problem since I was just authorized with the pharmacist looking on. However, the pharmacist refused to sell it to me. “Nothing I can do”. But you just saw that the DEA just authorized the purchase! “I can’t sell it to you”. BUT I WAS JUST AUTHORIZED! So without any consideration to solve CVS’s problem for their faulty tech, it was now my problem with no solution. All judgement and customer service be damned.
Now I know they can’t serve me in the face of the problem they created, Walgreens is now my pharmacy. Walgreens. Thank you CVS.
