Most of pharmacists seem gloomy and stressed. Smiles and kind words are rare. I do not feel cared about or known after 18 months. When I get pharmacy assistant, she is impatient and adversarial. Won't give estimate of when scripts are ready. They don't automatically fill prescriptions sent in by docs anymore. I have to call and ask them to fill. Only good thing I can say is they haven't made any mistakes up to now. Customer servuce: 1 star.

Just left the CVS downer location with my grandchildren. We were in the Candy aisle too long because they called Fake security code. It was early but the store was empty so yes it was meant for us. Kids are indecisive so it’s going to be a negotiation process in the candy aisle. But to have employee come in the aisle and pretend to look at something on a shelf for a few minutes is insulting. As if that’s not enough my grandson who works for his own money. Decided he did want a beverage after all well another employee left the counter and headed in his direction. I told them to get a receipt because these are the type of people to accuse you of stealing something you paid for. Awful!

This pharmacy is really frustrating. Paul (pharmacist) is great - helpful, friendly and great service. Everyone else I've interacted with has been pretty bad. Other pharmacists, techs etc are rude, not concerned with patient support or customer service and they regularly open 5-10min late. I've pretty much only had bad to awful experiences outside of Paul.

Every time I have been to this pharmacy this indecent in empathetic tech is an a****** to me and completely rude for absolutely no reason. I'm usually a very pleasant person to customer service but to get anything done at this pharmacy you have to be rude back. I think he deserved to be fired. I have diabetes so I have dealt with many prescriptions and by far this is the worst experience.

I wish I could do a zero or less. Went at 2 pm to fill a prescription for my son, who has pneumonia mind you, and they say the prescription status is still pending. It is now 7pm and the pharmacy is closed. Not to mention the HUGE TURD of a pharmacy technician who was so wrongfully rude when I asked about my sick sons prescription. What a horrible joke of a place. My son will just continue to get more and more sick without meds as I now have to wait until 9 am tomorrow to get his prescription. Thank you CVS pharmacy worker &@*!#!

Pharmacy had a sign up stating that they were closed all weekend due to "unforeseen circumstances". Could not get my medication and could not have them transferred since they put them on "in process" status. I understand this was unpredictable, but wish they would have set up a response/alert saying that medications were unable to be filled or provided alternative solutions.

Pharmacy review...miserable experience. The tech had a snippy attitude and was far from helpful. I am happily switching back to my previous pharmacy that exemplifies exception care and customer service. NO to CVS pharmacy!

I usually hit this store after I have an appointment in the area. This area has become my 2nd neighborhood. Clerks are pretty friendly and I do see the safety protocols are in a better place than some places. One of the clerks noticed I picked up vitamins that had expired so he helped me find a different brand and still honored the sale price. I do love the 40% off coupons.one of the clerks told me when it’s a good time to find the Clorox wipes so I do love an awesome tip. I have found some unique items like my spooky Halloween cat and I accidentally bought Hanukkah garland last year that looks absolutely beautiful on my tree and for 40% off I love a happy accident like that. It’s a good store with some interesting finds .

This is my favorite CVS for friendly staff, easy to access items, and a public (although sketchy) public bathroom open in the time of the plague. It happens to be at the turnaround point for my daily walk and women of a certain age really need facilities. There is no question of "holding on".The store is clean and there is signage for masks and distancing. Most everyone seems to follow the rules with the exception of the occasional college student. And the security guards...they all have masks and they all have their noses hanging out. It's a mystery.

Nice store, but wouldn't recommend the Pharmacy. Always short staffed and too many mistakes.

Having a change from a small family pharmacy, I cannot say enough about how everyone from each person in the pharmacy to staff on front line have gone out of their way to help us.Thank you.
