I am very happy with the service I have received from CVS, except for my current issue ….. I’m currently taking a weekly injection and with May having 5 weeks I have run out of my medication with a week left in June …..
I need to rectify this problem ASAP….
I see the owner comments on some of these post that shows integrity and a willingness to listen…. I thank you for that,I have been a customer of yours for years…….

I am very upset with my prescriptions, the bottles have no directions, they gave me an extra sheet of paper for directions. What if I loose the paper. This is a dangerous
way of doing this. For the elderly seniors, disabled, parents. Actually for everyone getting their scripts filled at CVS.

My wife and I heard the unfortunate news that you fired Lydia. Her trusted service over the years I'm sure does not amount to one incident that may have been the reason for dismissal. Customer loyalty is built by connections to the people who provide the service Lydia did this so well. We are saddened that she has been released from her duties here. We would hope that there could be some resolve that she might be able to come back to our community store.

The past 2x I was in the one on S27th, I got pretty upset as there where people standing around literally doing nothing and I thought my appointment was that day, it was not. I asked if I could receive it. Mind you they were doing nothing. They told me to come back at 2:30, it was 11am. I said no thanks and left. I am back for my shot came 25 minutes early and again told me to have a seat, it has been 40 minutes and they seem to help all but me!!!

Darren/Derek (I don't know which name), was very lovely at the register and was very polite about the CVS card. He gave special change and was extremely patient. Employee of the month. I came on Friday, May 3rd, 2024, at 4pm.

The only reason I have been going here is b/c it’s the closest location to my house with a drive thru. If I’m going to go through hell every month obtaining my prescriptions, it’s going to at least be from the comfort of my own car lol.
I have had pleasant interactions with some of the pharmacy staff here, so I do not want to say everyone that works in this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. I’m sure the good ones don’t stick around long.
There is one woman who I’ve dealt with on multiple occasions that basically goes out of her way to be rude and unhelpful. She yells at customers and doesn’t take time to listen/understand a situation before saying unnecessarily rude comments. I actually reported her to corporate for the treatment received this past weekend. Doubt anything will come of that. I don’t think I’ve EVER reported someone who works in customer service before.
People skills, listening skills, empathy, compassion, etc. are absolutely lacking at this facility.
Not that anyone cares, but I’m definitely never dealing with this place again. I’ll be going to a smaller pharmacy or changing to Walgreen’s. Suggest you do the same, unless you hate yourself haha.
